We bought this Hermitlux dishwasher 18 months ago, used exactly as instructed, and it is now completely broken. For a product at this price point, that is unacceptable.

When we contacted Hermitlux, their response was essentially: the warranty is only 12 months, so too bad. That raises a very reasonable question: are they admitting their product isn’t designed to last even two years? Because that’s exactly what our experience suggests.

We pointed out that a dishwasher should not fail right after the warranty expires. Their “solution”? A so-called discount on buying a new one — which turned out to be nothing more than Amazon’s standard 15% sitewide discount, not a gesture from Hermitlux at all.

So to summarize:

Product failed shortly after warranty ended

No accountability from the manufacturer

No real customer service or goodwill

A fake “discount” presented as help

The entire experience has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise against buying this product unless you’re comfortable replacing it shortly after the warranty expires. I certainly won’t be buying from Hermitlux again.

Sadly I can't support or advocate their appliances. The spare parts aren't made available and they take the postion that any appliances that fail after 1 year are to be replaced. I would recommend seeking other brands.

Dishwasher only worked for a few months. Hermitlux gave me the runaround asking questions, requesting photos and videos and suggesting fixes which did not work. Then nothing. So they were stalling. How do you take a photo of a blade not rotating? Ridiculous. Do not buy.

Son los peores! No respectan los 3 años de garantía legal en España. Cuando compras es una maravilla, pero cuando necesitas atención pos-venta te cobran hasta el envío del producto dañado! Una estafa, no se engañen!!
