Disappointing
Wow! We've had a HiB bathroom cabinet for just over 26 months, so therefore 2 months outside of warranty. The pins on the mirror lighting have failed just two months outside of the cabinet's warranty. Apparently our bathroom fitter has been told there are no replacement parts and there is nothing they can do. So they are looking at a brand new cabinet. This is really disappointing.

Our LED edge-lit mirror was installed in summer last year. The edge lighting was always patchy but it was only when I was having another put in elsewhere that I realised it was wrong. I emailed HiB with photos and they had a replacement sent promptly. This was installed yesterday and I'm delighted and can now see what I was missing. Well done HiB!

Great customer service
I purchased a circular light for our ensuite in 2022 - unfortunately the light became defective the last week. I contacted hib customer service via WhatsApp which was very easy, replying withing minutes. They have now sent out a replacement mirror even though we were out of the 2 year warranty. Happy with the customer service we received.

Faulty HiB bathroom cabinet sorted
My problem with a bathroom cabinet door was very quickly sorted for me. Even though the cabinet was well out of warranty, HIB sent me a new door and dealt very efficiently with everything.

They say it is not until you need help that you can judge a company.
I had to get in touch with HIB concerning a product issue which they dealt with diligently and expeditiously.
The person that helped me (Sarah Griffin) was absolutely spot-on.
I had presumed it would be an utter pain in the butt and a prolonged affair to try and get something sorted but I could not have been more wrong.

1 year after I bought my bathroom mirror, one element broke and I contacted customer service for help. Sarah was very professional and empathetic. Most customer service donc do much once you pass the year mark but
Sarah went above and beyond, sent me some spare parts and instructions to install them. The problem is now fixed and I'm super happy I chose HIB. Thank you Sarah!

Purchased a Bathroom vanity unit in 2021 from Porcelanosa.
2 of the doors the silvering had started to come off (minor spots)
I called customer support at HiB, Sarah asked me for images and proof of Purchase. Emailed this across and within the hour the replacement parts were confirmed with a delivery date to my home.

HIB Bathroom mirror for over £450
HIB Bathroom mirror for over £450, heated, with LEDs that can be warm or daylight temps. After a year LEDs turning blue - managed to get a replacement under warranty. 18 months later same thing happened but warranty expires 2 yrs from purchace so no replacement. Unfortunately just a very expensive but very very shoddy product.
UPDATE:They reached out and sent me another replacement. Fair play to HIB and to Mr Pemberton. Fingers crossed. (will update in 18 months)

You won't necessarily get what you thought you'd paid for
Contrary to one of the other reviews, you don't get what you pay for with an HiB bathroom cabinet. We just moved into a house with a 2-3 year old illuminated 120cm wide cabinet. The LEDS failed. The customer service representatives were very polite and responsive but completely unhelpful. We don't have an invoice, so HiB's initial response was that no warranty claim was possible. As the cabinet was worth about £880, I was resigned to repairing it at my expense. My enquiry about spares revealed that the fault is irreparable, as it's in the LED array. This cannot be removed from the cabinet. For a premium priced product to be neither reliable nor repairable indicates that the premium price is not justified. HiB should stop hiding behind the lack of a customer invoice and actually take seriously their claims to sell a high quality product.

Low-quality, expensive products with poor support
I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before purchasing a HiB Vanquish 120 bathroom cabinet. The unit looks great, but is poorly made. Magnets that keep the doors closed break, and the LED strip has multiple failures after only a couple years of use, making the unit no longer look good (the one good thing about the product is now gone). The cabinet is poorly designed so that a failure in a £5 LED strip requires replacing the entire £1300 unit.
Support was minimally responsive and unhelpful.
If you're considering purchasing a HiB product, ask yourself "does this purchase make sense if I need to replace this entire unit in 2 years". You can likely find a better built product for the same price; don't let good aesthetics fool you on build quality.

Terrible communication and poor customer service
Ordered a mirror on 9th October via a 3rd party site and was informed the item had been shipped directly from the supplier - still waiting!! Was informed 2 weeks ago that it would be in stock on 24th Oct and when I queried it this morning they said the item is expected on 31st. If you’re considering buying from HIB,try to source your order elsewhere to avoid disappointment.
