While there was unfortunately a short delay of a few days between ordering and dispatch despite offering next day delivery, they were very quick to reply to me via their online help section when I inquired as to what was happening, giving me a quick and accurate response as to when I would receive my item. The day before it was due, they called me to confirm it’s dispatch and offered assistance with my product if I needed it. So hats off for the best price on the net, and for the great after sales service. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Needed to know for sure if I was making the right decision purchasing some high end open back headphones and knew I could rely on Aseem at Hifonix. He will always contact you and discuss your query. So I purchased the Hifiman HE1000SE and could not be more satisfied. I am listening to music in a totally different and far more enjoyable way. I thought the Meze Liric was good enough. I look forward to using these headphones and marvel at their design and comfort. Cannot thank THE MAN at Hifonix enough.

The company and owner believes in providing an excellent level of service and advice to it's customers. The item I ordered was no longer available and over a phone call a replacement was suggested. I bought a Digital Audio Player and new headphone cables from Hifonix. Aseem was brilliant in his advice and guidance in steering me through what was for me a new area the hifi world. Delivery was well organised and on time. Aftercare was excellent on setting up my player. Excellent customer service by people that are passionate about what they do. Competitive on price too. Highly recommended.

Bought a Cayin DAP a couple of weeks back and went back to get the Cayin C9 amp - seriously this place is amazing. Great friendly no rush service, passionate about music people, good prices and really important that they carry stock, you don’t have to wait the majority of the time for stock to be ordered! Just got my Arya Organics today and love them already. Wanted to extend a thanks to Aseem for the personal touch he showed throughout the process. There was mix-up early on with delivery from Hifiman to the store but Aseem was up front, honest and open about things gave me a discount and kept in touch until the headphones were at the store and dispatched. Great customer service and I won't be hesitating to give Hifonix my repeat custom in the future.

Recently purchased a portable DAC/amp (L&P W4EX) from Hifonix. Customer service was fantastic and item turned up the next day.

I did have an issue with some damaged packaging in transit (not Hifonix fault but that of DPD) I just made them aware of it but wasn’t expecting anything. However Hifonix promptly called me and refunded me £20.

Will certainly be using hifonix again. Excellent experience.

Needed to upgrade my small speakers (Dali Fazon satellite ) to achieve greater soundstage - apart from budget also needed to ensure her indoors was happy with the look etc . Asseem absolutely smashed it on both counts with a demo of the Audiovector QR3.
Always a relaxed no sales pleasure when visiting the Hifonix store.Speakers delivered (within 3 days of order ) and set up by John who certainly knows his hi fi !Over the moon with the QR3 performance and the bonus is the wife is happy with the white floor standers that blend in with the existing decor.
