Salesman don't tell the truth at the sales pitch!
No contract left at the sales pitch!
Contracts are not provided even after requesting the contract!
They sell your equipment to a number of third party leasing companies who are part of the scam!
Offer redress during legal negotiation, but its only a stalling tactic!
Please contact me to join our group who are taking legal action against them.

Scam company, claimed to be BT themselves to put forward Hii com as their affiliated provider(they are not). Please read the BBC articles and numerous bad reviews on them as they are a complete scam merchant. DO NOT sign up to anything, inflated contracts and maintenance costs. AVOID!

Similar to reviews I have read. Promises not met. Maintenance charges after 12 months, was told that I could remove these. No credit received. BT exit charges not paid. Do not reply to emails and phone calls.
Such a shame as the phone system is good.

To know where to start is extremely difficult.
If you read only this, DO NOT sign anything with this company.
We were visited by a (very good!) salesman in November 2024. Had lots of promises made that quite frankly I don't see the importance of touching on now. Most of what I was promised I have had to fight to get. The salesman left the company shortly after our meeting! Was told they'd sort all the switch over - wrong. Was told that the price would never change - wrong, the broadband service goes up after a year! Was told to pay the previous providers invoice and they would reimburse straight away - WRONG!
It has now been 5 months and we still have not received over £6k of our money back. This was promised to us many times, but most recently in writing we were told that absolutely, it would be 12th May 2025. After chasing yesterday and again today - nothing! Whenever we call, it is finally answered by a random call centre and we're told nobody is available (EVER!), we never receive call backs. The company boasts such high reviews everywhere and posts all their positive work within the communities and staff incentives, all the while leaving their client's high and dry!
Their website doesn't work, there's no complaint dept, no managers that will speak to you.
The phones themselves are ok, we have to reboot almost every day but once you have chased and chased to get any new messages added that you require, its ok, I guess - stuck with it for 7 years now though!!! How wrong we were to sign. Now seeking advice from solicitors.

Piece of advice - go elsewhere, do not sign with Hiicom.

Frustrating experience, up until the 1 year anniversary everything was as expected and honestly no complaints. Then we got an additional 4 figure charge to our account without any explanation. Logically you contact them to tell them there must be a mistake, however they are very happy to send you a copy of a contract where hidden within is a yearly maintenance charge. They will argue that you were made aware of this, we were definitely not. On-top of that, hidden within the contract is a longer term than agreed at any point hence locking you in for longer than what you are told.

Now of course I am well aware that we have technically singed the contract and hence it is our fault for not fully reading the small print, it is just particularly frustrating that a salesman can sit in-front of you and tell you one thing, along with plenty of emails saying what you thought you were agreeing to, however in reality they are screwing you over in the contract.

All in all a real shame as the product itself is actually ok.

Needing broadband, we contacted HiiComm and discussed options. They were clear on what was on offer, they explained what they could do and we went through all the options and which ones were best suited to the business.

We agreed on a package that would ultimately reduce my business expenses and provide a better service and solution. I first met Michael at a networking event. I spoke to him about how Hii Comms could help me and my business. Michael was honest and told me that it wasn't worth me moving my phones over to them yet, as the transfer costs and to buy out of my current contract, would not be worth it. I really appreciated his honesty.

We then needed our broadband looking into. Not only has Hii Comms reduced our costs but the service they provide is second to none. Michael is always on hand with any questions I have. Nothing is ever too much trouble!

Plus the engineers were friendly, helpful and professional.

Once I am out of contract for my phones, I will definitely call Michael for help.
