Easy fixes whilst on the telephone often almost instantly

I have received great service from Hiicom, all staff there are extremely friendly, and most importantly, very easy to contact in case of any problems (which are few and far between but it's nice to know they're there if needed). Would be happy to recommend to anyone looking to switch providors, they handle everything for you.

We recently switched providers, and I couldn't be more pleased with the process. Michael has been excellent at coordinating our switch, ensuring everything went smoothly. Kev did a fantastic job installing all of our new equipment in just a few hours. Both of them made this transition completely hassle-free. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Always nervous about switching from one provider to another, especially when everything in our business totally relies so heavily on a reliable solid broadband & WiFi connection. The Hiicom engineers have been excellent in making the transition as smooth as possible and training our staff at all 2 of our sites during the installation on the new phones.
Russell, Kevin & Callum kept us fully in the loop of how the initial install was progressing. Very happy with their support and on the spot solving of any issues. Happy so far with the salesman Adam sign up and our account manager Michael handling and support, always on hand to assist in any questions i have. Just waiting to port over and hopefully this will be faultless also.

AVOID. Hidden costs and not what's promised. Was told it would save us money moving over, turns out there are hidden costs that they do not tell you about such as a annual maintenance charges and others, they say it was in your contract but who actually reads the 50pages of contract they put in front of you.
The sales guy lies and the extra charges in your contract you don't see he doesn't tell you about. This eats into all the money you would save and for the hassle of moving over was not worth it.
They have also had internal issues which has caused our phones to stop operating twice since being with them. Also on top of that moving over is not as easy as they said and i had to contact my current supplier and them multiple times to resolve the issue because they were incapable of doing so.
Overall, poor customer service when joining and transitioning over, then over time you see all the hidden costs they never mention.

Monty offers excellent technical support and deals with any issues/queries that you immediately. It is nice to know that someone is available to help as soon as you need it.

Excellent communication from all involved, from salesman Adam explaining everything clearly, to follow ups from Michael, and the visit from Cameron who did an excellent job installing

Our company has recently switched to Hiicom & the service so far has been excellent. From the initial meeting with Rob who ran through our options to the setting up with Michael and our engineer. They have been in touch with regular updates & we are really impressed with their efficiency.

A really smooth switch over from our previous provider to Hiicom. site engineer was really quick and efficient with minimum disruption. Michael our account manager was on hand to answer any queries we had on the switch over and pointed us in the right direction for advice on using the new handsets. All in all, a great service.

Ethan helped massively with changing over the phone lines and setting up the new connection. He made it seem effortless.

Whilst technical support at Hiicom has been brilliant since moving over from our previous provider, things were a bit patchy on the account management side (though finding someone else helpful to speak to was never an issue). Since Michael took over our account, he's been really communicative and forthcoming; it's refreshing having a responsive point of contact after years dealing with a larger provider...

Great, friendly service from Hiicom. They have managed the switch to their new system very efficiently and answered many technical questions promptly. Michael has been very responsive, as has Tom and Ethan.

Quick, friendly and helpful response. Issue dealt with not long after I had contacted and was resolved quickly.

Despite the teething issues at the start, Hii Comm was excellent in their communication with us and worked around the clock to help rectify any issues.

We are happy with the service they provide and the aftercare too.

Hiicom were brilliant but they sold our contract to a different company who we are having constant issues with. The service with the new company is terrible but there was a clause in our Hiicom contact allowing them to sell us on and we cannot get out of it. We are now stuck for years with a company we did not choose.
