Used hiicom for a while now and Hayden is always a pleasure to work with any problems or questions he’s quick to resolve or answer, all round excellent service and company

Spoke to Monty in the tech department who was very helpful and fast at sorting my directory issue out. He even called back to make sure the actions he had carried out had now resolved the issue.
Would highly recommend Hiicom their customer service is second to none.

Great customer service, regular 'check in' calls from Michael over the last few months have been reassuring as we get to know our new phone system. It is great to know that the team are there to support you with any issues or queries you have. On one occasion, Michael, our account manager wasn't in and my query was quickly pick up by another team member and assistance was given to ensure our phones were working.

We have just recently had my phones and broadband
installed by Hiicom.
I just thought I would leave a short comment on how happy we am with your service service.
I'm always worried changing suppliers as I have everything in my business that relies on a good broadband and Wi fi connection.
I'm glad to say that the Hiicom engineers were a great help making the transition as smooth as it possible.
The after service is impressive as well, they game me a call to make sure I was happy and ran through a few question and answers.
overall first impressions 5 stars.

we are a new customer of Hii communications and Russell came out to install our new equipment. lovely guy. he explained everything clearly and answered all questions. 5* Russell. Today we experienced a drop out of our services today. (no internet or phone) i rang them and spoke to Michael. he fixed the problem in 10 seconds flat. it was a simple fix, turn it off and on again. whilst waiting for the reset of equipment to happen, he had a tech specialist working in the background checking everything over. all fixed. nice and easy. good job Michael and thanks

Absolutely brilliant , such a relief to be able to talk to a helpful human without queuing forever, so glad we've moved away from the big boys after 29 years. Montell deserves high praises for representation , above and beyond customer service.

Have had a great service from Michael at Hii Comm from quotation to set-up. Did exactly what he said he would do, regular contact to keep me updated with progress and everything has moved forward smoothly. Great service from a local provider.

We've been with HiiComm for a good while and they have always been extremely helpful and kind. Any issues we have are jumped on immediately and when we need training for new systems they are available to help us at any time! Brilliant and reliable customer service.

The customer service we have received was excellent. Ethan has been patient, thorough and consistent and gone above and beyond to rectify the issue.

Had Cameron (senior engineer) come into out shop and fit our new broadband router. He was very friendly and polite. Cameron explained everything he was doing and even at the end explained the phone system to me as I was not there when it was installed. Thank you Cameron for a excellent service! 5*****

We have had an IPECS phone system installed by HiiCom at work. The installer Kevin got us set up with ease, demonstrated the phone system in use and walked us through the set up.

We did have an issue with the phones going down a few weeks after installation but the support team were great and had us back up and running within an hour. Shout out to Ethan on the service team he was most helpful :)

All said and done we are delighted with the new system!

Cameron recently visited our office to install the new phone system. While he was here, he was friendly, polite, and gladly answered all of my questions (and there were quite a few!). He demonstrated extensive knowledge of the system and thoroughly walked me through the setup of both the handset and the portal, showing me exactly what the system is capable of. Cameron informed me that I would receive a follow-up call from Michael, our account manager, later that afternoon. As promised, Michael called and was also very friendly and helpful. Nothing seems too much trouble, and based on the excellent service we have received so far from HiiCom, I am confident that the ongoing service will be of a high standard.

Cameron was amazing and very patient with me while he worked his magic with our issues.
