Hii Communications have been fantastic transferring our business broadband & phone lines from our existing suppliers .It was a challenging transfer practically but between Michael Shoesmith, John Peck & Kevin Graham we are now up and running and we are very happy indeed. These guys went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process and also left contact numbers for any after installation issues.
Taking the beating heart out of our business and trusting in new suppliers to deliver without causing disruption was priority for us.
Hii Communications delivered on every level and we would highly recommend them as a business.

Got a call to our small business today saying we were about to be "cut off" by BT engineers as we still had copper lines. The "BT" rep said if I waited he would call them to stop them from working on our lines. He then got back on the phone said he had sorted it and then proceeded to try and sell us a digital phone system. I said I would like to speak to our current phone provider whom I would have thought should have notified us BT were in our area and doing this he then said oh they should have done this 5 years ago and so he would help us and get us a quote to ensure as BT were doing the lines we would be able to tranfer without any issues. He then tried to get someone to call tomorrow to sign us up??? I asked was this a sales call or an engineer he said he was working with the enineers THIS IS SCAM BEHAVIOUR.
Luckily Im not as stupid as he thought I was I knew it is 2025 before all lines are supposed to be sorted. I agreed to the visit to get the company details on an email and rang my current providewrs who were as unimpressed as I.

Further to our phone system switch to Hiicom we had a number of training questions. Monty came to our office to give further training. He was patient, polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Ethan is very professional and has handled all our queries in regards to the swap over of to Hii Com a lot easier. He is always friendly and polite.

We had a problem with incoming calls today, I e-mail Michael and it was sorted in a matter of minutes.

He called to explain what the issue had been and confirm it had been addressed.

Monty came today to set up our new phone system. He was on time, very professional and helpful and a very pleasant chap.

Brilliant Service by Monty - thank you team, you always sort any questions or queries swiftly.

From start to finish it has been fairly easy. Kev, the engineer who came out to fit the system, was very knowledgeable and very efficient. The rest of the team have also been extremely helpful along the way and even contactable in the after sales is easy.

We appreciate Ethan's prompt attention, patience, personal care and technical knowledge sorting out the many teething issues with our new system, the young man is a credit to your business and we hope he is rewarded as such.

Recently joined HiiCom and so far everything has been great. Cameron and Kevin came to install my system and were brilliant, Jonathan has answered any questions I have had very quickly. So far so good.

Jonathan has been friendly throughout our switchover experience. He has also kept me up to date with any issue and delay. We had a small issue with Openreach sorting out our second line. This has now all been resolved and we're happy! Communication has been key throughout

This company have been great, especially Ethan. When I've needed help i just call and they have been happy to help.

Monty's was really helpful in helping me to set up my home office phone, I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Ash Stephenson came to talk us through the process for changing our phone system. Michael Shoesmith our Accounts Manager has been amazing, answering our queries and emails quickly and efficiently, nothing is too much trouble for him, he's a star. And Kev the engineer who installed the new equipment, they have all given excellent customer service.

Had an issue with programming, and Monty the tech wizard was able to assist without question. He was very knowlegable and able to assist quickly and promptly and also did short demo re directory. He was exceptionally helpful and able to rectify my issues first go. Thanks. Ruth Alders.

Had a incoming call problem technical problem this Morning which was sorted out for us by Michael Shoesmith in seconds as with any issues that occur. He's always at the end of the phone. He's our account Manager and we are always made to feel like a priority on any queries we have. Can't recommend him highly enough.
