Although delivery was delayed owing to very heavy snowfall over several days, my order arrived in perfect condition. It was left with a neighbour and an advisory note was left through my letterbox. High quality item and well worth the money.

I ordered desser conservatory furniture to which Ollie phoned order through with chosen fabric as I needed the furniture before Christmas ,so arranged delivery from desser as delivery was quicker. The shop manager (I think he was the manager) was so kind and patient and helpful. He was happy to walk round the shop with me showing me items I might be interested in and helping me measure things and answering multiple questions.

Fantastic product and absolutely superb customer service by Ollie. I love buying local especially when it’s a family business and Ollie couldn’t have been more helpful - I looked at the table & chairs in the afternoon, sent a message via their website & got an answer immediately - my midday the following day, they were set up on my decking! There was no sales pressure the staff were very helpful & friendly, we ordered a set of reclining garden chairs foot stools & table, They were delivered on time by very helpful & friendly staff, the furniture look of a very good quality plus for a great price, We haven't used them at the moment as they are still in the house ready for our new summerhouse that's being delivered, We would definitely recommend Hills Home and Garden Ltd,
