I bought rainbow and cheeseboard macarons. Both arrived in excellent condition despite the heatwave. We enjoyed all the flavours in the rainbow box very much. The cheeseboard ones were not so much to our taste but well worth trying.

Ordering was great, the macarons were a gift which were received with much appreciation and enjoyed thoroughly. However, the delivery by the courier not so great. The box was left in the garden of the delivery address even though the recipient was at home. Luckily I was tracking the delivery and contacted the recipient to advise them to retrieve the box before the rain.

Sent these as a gift so I didn't see them but they were very well received. Timely delivery as well.

I have sent Hilton Macarons to friends and family and know they are always good quality, great flavours.
The delivery service is reliable.

You sent me an email saying last chance to order for Christmas so I ordered. And they didn’t arrive in time. In addition you then said that the last next day posting is 17th. But the item only has a 7 day shelf life. Why would I want 12 macaroons to arrive in time to give someone on the 25th dec. That had to be eaten by the end of the day? That’s ridiculous.

I ordered them next day delivery on the 19th so he had at least a couple of days left of the 7 days shelf life in which to eat them. If they arrived on the 19th/20th.

This is unacceptable and you need to find a better way of handling your shelf life of 7 days

Amazing product as always...never disappoints, and a great prompt service even during the busy festive season, delivery tracking was important too and Royal Mail didnt miss a beat...Thankyou!!!
