We contacted Dukes about an advertised holiday on Facebook
Unfortunately it was the wrong time of the year, but they asked when we wanted to go
We told them when and they were very quick getting back to us with a price and itinerary
Very pleased so far 😀

Disgusting company do not book with noah. We paid a lot of money to thialand for our dream holiday. We got took to the wrong airport by the transfer in Bangkok for our flight to phuket and they wouldn't help us get to tge right one we had 2 hr drive we had to pay ourselfs to get to the right airport we just made our flight. The stress and worry was horrendous and our holuday was ruined. Noah did nothing to help not even an apology we then got told we had to find money for the hotel we had akready paid for it was horrendous and then to top us of we got delayed for 18hrs and noah wouldn't sort the transfer .. again we had to get to the airport ourselfs .. 2000 pound to be absolutely treated like that and it totally ruined all of it please do not trust this company they left is stranded twice with no help .. you have been warned

Good deal managed and will use again if the holidays i am looking can be delivered at the right price why not .Thanks to Daisy good communication tool and helpful .

Holiday Dukes Daisy - she was really helpful throughout our booking stage of our holiday. She also assured us and say if we had any questions or concerns she is always willing to help. With regards the payment of the holiday our request was accepted and fulfilled. Daisy is amazing to work with. Keep up the good work Daisy.

One negative was in his sales pitch you could check your flights was not correct but he reassured us it was

The moment I contacted Daisy at Holiday Dukes the attention to detail, reassurance was second to none. She truly was a gem!

Just booked our trip for Thailand next year. Daniel was quick to reply and efficient , quick to help make our trip what we requested, not an advertised run of the mill trip. We are having three locations. He really made our booking easy and we are paying monthly so no large amounts to pay out. Thank you Daniel

Olivia was so helpful from the start. Getting me different options for hotels and rooms. All the quotes came through so quickly and she even answered questions at 9pm at night! Super service and can’t wait for our holiday 😁

Daniel was really helpful when booking a trip abroad

Nothing was any trouble for him and he responded quickly with various options.

Daniel our holiday dukes agent has been an absolute star through this whole journey of booking our family trip to Bali. He has gone above and beyond to answer all questions, getting best deals and giving great advice even when I had a wobble about where we were going he couldn't to enough to give other options and explain everything, I have no doubt I have been a nightmare client due to second guessing myself all the time & he has never failed to respond and help in any way he can. We booked our trip to Siyam World in the Maldives with Noah who couldn’t have done more for us. Even with the issues in the Middle East, Noah continued to provide options almost on a daily basis when our flights were cancelled. We were fortunate enough to get to the Maldives in these challenging times, all thanks to Noah

We just had to cancel our holiday to Dubai due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East.
Noah was a fantastic help assisting us to do this and also arranged to hold our deposit as a credit for a Dubai holiday next year all being well.
Noah helped us get a great price with a new holiday to Turkey after I found a price at another travel agency. He was able to come with a better price than I managed to find, managed to get us private transfers from the airport to the hotel and back. So far so good using Holiday Dukes.
Hopefully 2nd time lucky getting away on holiday in July.
