Outstanding service. I was struggling to find a paint to match the existing finish on my summerhouse, and the team at Holman's went above and beyond to help me track it down.

When I had to phone and speak to them they were helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. The main problem is that I ordered next day delivery and two days later it still hadn't arrived. I had to phone them, they didn't bother to phone me and explain that they didn't understand my colour specification. Then the following week they gave a different excuse about their tinting machine. They also said they'd refund the Next Day fee but they never did. I'll still use them given they stock the paint I need
But waiting 6 days for next day delivery was rather frustrating.

Just wish there were test samples as choosing a colour can be a bit tricky with a colour chart! But otherwise a great product!

Brilliant on line paint specialist they phoned to ensure when stock was not available (discontinued) on my order to phone me to enquire whether the stock they id have left in satin would still work for what my decorator needed to do - that is customer service, knowledge and respect for their customers - for specialist paint they are the go to
