Home Property Sales make sure you are looked after and all the staff are really helpful. I have sold two properties and bought my current home with Home Property Sales and have been very satisfied. I can highly recommend them.

Our experience of selling our property with Home Property Sales, thanks to the excellent professionalism and kindness of Penny Barnwell-Thornton, has been fantastic. From the first appointment for the accurate evaluation of our property, through the day of the photos for the sale advertment, up to the viewings organized and conducted by her and John, up to the offers management. Our sale fell through twice and Penny reacted very quickly on both occasions.
The second time that the sale fell through, Penny reaction was fantastic and immediate, as she was able to contact the person who has been overbids just a couple a week earlier by the buyer who actually withdrew her offer, and in a few days book another view for this person, and make the sale happening with this new buyer.

It was an educational, stimulating and exciting journey. Penny is always there and ready to answer any questions or concerns that may come to your mind. And thanks to her indisputable experience, honesty and extremely clear communication skills, she made our sales experience really easy even if, as I said, it fell through two times.

After the property was sstc, Penny continued to be available for information regarding the process of finding and purchasing our "new" property, and acted as glue in between all parts of the sell and purchase process up to the day of completion. Stunning!

We first met John Hodges from Home Properties when we went to purchase our current property. This was followed by few more visits to the property as we wanted ensure the accessibility of the property. We were shown around by John and John Snr. They were both professional and and willing to provide any additional information we needed. They also helped achieve our desired completion dates.

We were very pleased with the service provided for the purchase and instructed them to sell our previous property.

The process was long as the property market was not favourable. We were advised on various things to do to increase the chances of sale.

John and John Snr were very helpful pre SSTC and Jenny Barnwell -Thornton helped us through to completion resolving issues as they arose.

We would highly recommend home Property Sales for anybody buying or selling there home. We used them for both and have no regrets and are very glad we went with them to sell our house, which was sold within 24 hours from when they first came around to value it.
