Soy una victima más de esta empresa allanada Angi, al igual que a muchos les ha pasado los clientes los leads que envían son falsos ya que cuando se los llama dicen que no necesitan servicio y que más bien bien buscan trabajo o son totalmente desentendido o apartado del tema.
Estamos hablando que son más de 37,000 personas afectadas, convoco a que nos unamos para demandar a esta empresa que está haciendo quedar a esta gran nación con mentiras y engaños ya que nunca contestan y hasta te cuelgan el teléfono.

DO NOT USE ANGI LEADS! SCAMMERS. My account had been inactive for months and they randomly charge me $160 and I call for a refund and “they don’t do refunds” when I had not been using any of their services for 4 months! All this After I already gave them $750 and only used $200 of it!! I had to dispute with my bank and now it is a big to do. Save yourself the trouble! They are scammers!

I told them I need to cancel back on October they said they will freeze it and then I forgot I had it on and they charged me over $2,000.00 and I didn’t even use the app or interact with customers!!!!!!! You get 1 good lead for every 10 leads u get.custemer services is no help.barely speak English. They tell u they will look into the lead and possibly give us credit for that bad lead.but they never do.even if it's not a task u even do.there basically just stealing ur money.

Place is a scam. They won’t refund you back your money. The leads are a joke. One of the worst investments I have made, lessons learned. All the customer service people sound like robots and all repeat themselves. Do not sign up to the place. 750 down the drain

The app is filled with glitches in…
The app is filled with glitches in customer service is a joke. They were mediocre my first season, but this is our second season with them, and there are so many glitches in the app. Their response is to tell me to go through the computer. I can’t make phone calls from the computer. A lot of times the phone number doesn’t actually go through. I call it and it immediately hangs up. I was denied credit because it says I didn’t call the customer. When I spoke with customer service, they just told me I need to accept these problems and decide if it’s worth continuing.

Dont use angi leads for business leads
As far as using angi or homeadvisor as a lead services it’s horrible lies by everyone in the company. They tell you one thing and its the exact opposite. If you do your research you ll relize theyve been fined for millions for robbing guys just trying to earn a living and lock you into contracts. Its sad how these companies prey on honest people.

I want to warn you about a company
I want to warn you about a company. If they call you, it's best to run away and not get involved. They are dishonest. At first, they kept calling me, and I ignored them. But then I decided to listen to the salesperson. It sounded good, and they acted like everything was real. They promised to keep me busy with leads.
In the first month, they gave me 6 leads, but none of them were real. When I called those customers, they had no idea what I was talking about. It seemed like the company created fake leads just to take my money. So, I ended up with 0 jobs and had to pay them $665. In the second month, I had 0 jobs again and paid another $665.
When I told them I didn't want to continue, they wanted to charge me 30% to cancel, which was $2560.25. I want to tell everyone that the best way to stop companies like this is to file a complaint. You can go to your state's attorney general and report them, and be sure to provide all your evidence.

Terrible company
Terrible company, as a business owner I would not recommend. I put a $750 credit line down when I first started using Angie in 6 months our company got 2 jobs and 5 legitimate calls. The rest were all scam some were credited back some were not. After finally getting my account canceled they still charged me for 2 separate leads that we didn’t receive. It’s a waste of money and the customer service is terrible. If it would let me give less than a one star review I would.

My experience with Angie has been nothing but horrible. From the sales person who promised the world and provided a completely negative ROI. Do not trust what you are being told. All they care about is your monthly money and your results are the least of their concern.

This company has the worst customer service second to Verizon. Please understand, if you enjoy spending more money each month on an ad then what you actually earn on that ad, Angies leads is for you.....Its a scam folks.....

As a contractor that receives leads…
As a contractor that receives leads from Angi leads i will say they are horrible. Out of the 3-5 leads a day i would get at a cost of $170-$270 a leads it's a scam. Most leads i call don't answer the call or emails. And the other would be for something other than what I do. I call them for a refund and the won't. They tell me that I received a lead and it's not on them to make sure it's real. (F) ANGI LEADS. THEY ARE THEVES

Business owners beware they will sell you categories and tell you that those services include the service leads you’re requesting when they do not. then when you try to cancel the contract, they charge you a huge cancellation fee and absolutely treat you like you are in a legal office setting if you are a small business do not use Angie leads worst mistake I’ve ever made

If I could give them less than a star I…
If I could give them less than a star I would. To all homeowners/developers, please call us directly and cut out the middle man. To all contractors do not use or get pulled into this services company. They do not send quality leads yet they charge you whether you receive the job or not. These leads are not cheap range from $45-450+. When you request a credit on a lead, they do not grant it and say they are charging for the opportunity. I was told leads can be credited and opportunities can not but it is not true. I was with them for 3+ years now.

Horrible customer service for contractors. 1 in maybe 10 leads is actually good. Fake leads are sent and when you request credit for clearly bad leads they reject anyways, and when you call customer service they can't help you. It's purposefully set up to make a few hundred or thousand dollars from you with bad leads and then they dont care if you go away since you paid them however many hundreds of dollars for nothing. Basically an organized scam
