The service was very good, which should be standard but sadly is not always the case these days. Rachel, who I spoke to, was polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

My insurance cover was due for renewal and Shirazul was there to help me understand my options and the covers included under each one of them. We exchanged quite a few emails and he responded kindly to all my queries. He was very professional and clear during our communication.

I received a text message from homeLet to ring them up to discuss certain policies regarding cover for the new property I was moving into. I got through very quickly to Thomas Kempson who was very professional and incredibly helpful in relaying all the appropriate policies and information about those policies that i needed. I set up a direct debit within minutes and now I don’t need to worry about being covered from the moment I move into. Tom was incredibly polite and the whole process was as easy as it could have been.

I've done tenant referencing with HomeLet twice. Both times they bombarded me with extremely misleading communications suggesting that there were extra steps for me to complete, when actually they were just trying to sell me insurance. I have very little confidence in their referencing.
