Really bad customer service i ordered nearly £200 worth of brownies for my sons 21st i stayed in all day for the deluvery and the delivery company lied about attempting delivery as I was home - I had no brownies for the party and when they were delivered 2 days later they were left outside in the rain - customer services told me it was my fault and I should read the terms and conditions - it was not my fault it was the delivery companies fault and they should check into it! This was not my first big order and I feel really let down

Ordered for my daughters birthday.delivery was on time and perfectly packed. The brownies were to die for. We had lots of different flavours and the family loved them. Would highly recommend and I will order again

Tried them about 3 years ago and they were incredible, but bought some more the other day at a show and they tasted cheap and more like a cake. Not sure why they’ve changed the recipe.

I ordered £140 worth of brownies for my mums 70th birthday party to be delivered on an allocated day. DPD the courier used by The Homemade Brownie Co. did not fulfil this as the driver could supposedly not find my address, so the brownies arrived two days after the party. I asked for a refund due to this and the customer service team has stated that the website T&C’s claim they won’t be held responsible for courier delays. Customer service offered a gift token which didn’t feel proportionate to the amount of money wasted. I can’t argue that the T&C’s are stated on the website if you look for them and it is my error for not looking into this. If you are planning on spending a lot of money on these bakes for a special event , I would advise seeking out a local company that will be certain to fulfil the order on the allocated date for you instead.

Delivery prompt, order nicely packaged, would look lovely as a gift.

I ordered from here because my usual source for brownies were on hiatus, and this company got great reviews.

The brownies taste fine, but I like a really gooey, stodgy, fudgy brownie, and found these had a more cake-like texture, almost spongey/grainy instead of sticky and dense.
So for me, not my personal preference for brownies, because of the texture.

I didn't realise they were gluten free when I ordered, thats my fault for not properly looking at the website; they do state this if you look for it.

But everything I read from customers assured me you can't tell anyway, so I wasn't too worried.

But I have to disagree with that now I've tried them; to me, these tasted like what I would expect from gluten free bakery items. They're not *bad* by any means, they taste sweet and look pretty, and if you actually prefer a lighter, less gooey brownie, they might be more to your liking.

But for me, they didn't have the texture I am looking for in a brownie. If you really like dense, gooey, moist brownies, I'd probably advise looking elsewhere.
If you like them smaller, lighter, more cake/sponge-like and less gooey, you might prefer these to standard brownies.

Didn't do it for me, though, unfortunately, especially as they're not cheap. To me, they tasted exactly like something I'd buy pre-packaged in the cake aisle in the supermarket, not something that seemed home-made ie, nice enough, but not anything special. I wish people wouldn't claim you 'can't tell' if its gluten free; you absolutely can. Its just a matter of whether that bothers you or not.

I ordered peanut butter, coffee, salted caramel and hazelnut praline. I was initially surprised and disappointed on how small the brownies where. I took a photo which shows they are the same length as my little finger. To be honest I have never seen ones so small but for £2.50, what should I have expected really? They weighed between 57-72g. I suppose when you order online you don't know what you're going to get. I may order again as a treat. They were definitely up there with quality, texture and flavour (have a glass of milk ready 🥛🥰😋) Absolutely delicious. Delivery was fast, packing secure and well presented. Nice company. I would recommend still. Thank you so much.

Best brownies I’ve had, right to the doorstep. I’ve reordered for celebrations and gifts several times, the deliveries have always been on time. Quality is consistently excellent

Very disappointed with this order.

The box is designed to hold 8 pieces, and I ordered 10 expecting it to be full or even slightly overfilled. Instead, you can clearly see the bottom of the box, and even with extra pieces it still looks incomplete and poorly presented. There are visible gaps at the edges, which makes the whole thing look nothing like the advertised images.

On top of that, the pieces are all different sizes and are falling apart, making them impossible to arrange neatly. Even placing candles was difficult due to how uneven and fragile everything is.

Overall, the presentation is poor and very misleading compared to what is shown online. I won’t be ordering again.

I received a box of assorted brownies as a birthday gift. They were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend them.

Tried them initially at a friends wedding and was so impressed because I usually don't like brownies. Ordered myself a batch of 8 so I could try some different flavours every one of them was delicious would highly recommend and will order again.

Sent my friend a box for her birthday in May. Brilliant! The ordering and delivery process went really smoothly, and she reports the brownies are superb, really homemade and she will be now using the company to send gifts of her own. Thankyou!! Xx

–Absolutely Incredible!I recently treated myself to a mixed box of gluten-free brownies from The Homemade Brownie Company and I am completely blown away. These aren’t just “good for gluten-free” they’re genuinely some of the best brownies I’ve ever had, full stop. Moist, fudgy, rich, and packed with flavour. You would never guess they’re gluten-free.

The texture across all of them is spot on, properly fudgy in the middle with just the right amount of chew at the edges. They feel homemade in the best possible way: generous portions, high-quality ingredients, and clearly made with real care and passion. I’m seriously impressed. These have ruined all other brownies for me (including many that contain gluten!). Whether you’re gluten-free or not, if you love brownies and blondies, you need to try these. Not happy with my order asked for 6 different flavours and was sent 1 large chocolate brownie to a friend for her birthday won’t order again from this site

Ordered a mixed box of brownies they were all delicious, my daughter especially liked the snickers one she said it was the best brownie ever! We had a delivery issue but this was sorted out promptly and politely and I would have no hesitation in recommending the homemade brownie company as a treat for yourself or a lovely gift for someone especially as they are packed with care. Can’t wait for my next order .

I ordered 8 packages brownie, triple chocolate, and what can I say! They were rich, moist and fudgy. They are one of the best brownies I have ever tasted.

I was very lucky to receive a treat box from the Homemade Brownie Company as a surprise. They were beautifully packaged and presented and tasted amazing! As I have coeliac disease, it is awesome that they were also gluten free. Great company- would highly recommend!

These brownies are so luxurious, smooth and such a treat. I have tried the classic, salted caramel and chocolate orange so far and love them all. All delivered in a sturdy eco friendly box. And a bonus, they are gluten free, though you would never realise from the taste.

I've ordered twice and both times they were delicious and arrived in perfect condition. I'll definitely be ordering again! The blondies are the perfect texture.

Also, my last order got caught up in the recent cloud flare issues and the company automatically cancelled out the accidental second order and refunded it, with an apology. I can't commend them enough for how quickly and easily they resolved the issue.
