This company is brilliant. If I could give six stars I would. From day one, this company was very responsive and attentive. Their prices were competitive. I was able to book in an appointment within a week. When I had to postpone, they were patient and accommodating.

When our Inspector Keith finally got to view our home (pre-competition) he was very thorough and provided a very detailed report.

We had difficulties with our Developers in that parts of our home was not given access to the Inspector. Keith promptly alerted us and I was able to make calls and some to get some resolution (and later financial compensation from the Developer). Keith was later allowed to gain some more access. He was so patient and understanding and waited whilst I made calls and offered advice too. He was a true Gem.

Julie, the Manager has always provided sound advice too and was always responsive with any emails and calls made. This is our first new build purchase and Julie explained the differences between the different inspections available and what was best to have at the stage of pre-completion and post completion.

This snagging company has been amazing throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Keith and Julie, thank you so much. We really appreciate all the help you’ve given and look forward to working with you further.

From one very satisfied customer

Jan 😊

Very comprehensive, found 130 snags on a new build which we would not have otherwise been aware of.

Highly recommended for any new home owners to choose your new build house for snagging review by 'HomeSnag' team. We are very happy that myself and few friends recently chosen 'HomeSnag' for our house snagging stuff. They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable on the work they are doing.

Keith is a very friendly and professional guy who has alot of experience and knowledge in this line of work very thorough I would recommend this company
Good communication with Julie

A very thorough report by Keith, he picked up on details we never would have spotted or even thought to look for. Communication with Julie organising our inspection was very quick and flexible.

Would definitely recommend, 100% worth the investment.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Keith from HomeSnaggingUK was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He found so many things I would’ve missed.

I was especially impressed with the attention to detail—he even brought a drone to check the roof! It was such a relief having someone so thorough and reliable on my side. I’d highly recommend Keith to anyone needing a snagging inspection.

Julie was absolutely brilliant!!! So professional, very very thorough with a very detailed inspection! Money well spent, definitely recommend Home snagging UK

Julie provided a great service, very friendly and helpful. Very well snagged. Also, flexible with dates as we got the keys to our new home on the Friday and the snagging was completed on the Sunday, with the report by Monday. Highly recommend

Keith carried out an extremely detailed inspection and identified issues we would not have noticed ourselves.
Would highly recommend.

The visit to our new build was very quick and efficient, Keith spotted things we’d never have picked up which made us feel like we’d had a pro in to snag the property.

Our site manager has also commented on how great the report is to work with for the contractors, and it’s made life easier when delegating out the jobs.

Would definitely recommend.

Communication was great; very helpful and informative. I was grateful for the flexibility to change the date at short notice. Keith who carried the snagging survey arrived on time and was friendly and professional. The report was thorough and clear. Would definitely recommend.

I recently engaged HomeSnaggingUK for my new-build property inspection, and I cannot overstate how impressed I was with their service, particularly with Keith Reed. Keith's extraordinary attention to detail resulted in identifying an impressive 123 snags in my property—a level of thoroughness that truly exceeded my expectations.

As a first-time homeowner, the prospect of identifying and addressing property issues seemed daunting. However, Keith's professional expertise transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth, reassuring process. His comprehensive inspection uncovered critical issues that I would have undoubtedly missed, ranging from minor cosmetic defects to more significant structural concerns.

The depth of Keith's report provided me with invaluable peace of mind. By meticulously documenting each snag, he equipped me with the information needed to confidently approach my property developer and ensure all issues are properly addressed before they could become more significant problems.

HomeSnaggingUK's service, particularly Keith Reed, proved to be an essential investment in my property. For anyone purchasing a new-build home, I wholeheartedly recommend their services. Keith's professionalism, thoroughness, and commitment to detail made a potentially overwhelming process not just manageable but also remarkably stress-free. They are worth absolutely every penny.

Highly recommended snagging professional with reasonable price 專業清晰快捷價格合理

Responsive, efficient, professional, clear and attentive to details.
Most impressive is the thermal imaging to reveal the heat loss. Report is clear with photos that can simply forward to developer for immediate attention.
Julie, appreciate for your help. Cheers

Julie came out to snag our new build. Straight away she put us both at ease spending time to chat. We knew we could trust the company within the first few minutes. Julie was with us for well over 2 hours and carried out a thorough internal and external check of our house including the use of a drone to check high elevations. A full check including thermal imaging inside as well. The results were impressive and overall Julie picked up on many faults we would have never spotted. The service was worth every penny and I would highly recommend this company for anyone out there.

Julie arrived dead on time and explained the process for the inspection before asking about any defects I had noticed myself. She then conducted a very thorough inspection, pointing out many defects that I had not noticed myself and also some that I would never have been aware of using the thermal imaging camera. The final report is clear and comprehensive with pictures ready to send to the developer for the defects to be put right.

Keith was incredibly professional, thorough and also very friendly. The use of technology to look for snags was very reassuring and it was clear he had an amazing understanding of everything that was discussed. If you need snags checking I wouldn't look anywhere else.

Excellent snagger knows all the places to look and sent through a detailed report very happy and would definitely recommend for any new build buyers

Excellent Snagging Service provided by Julie from Homesnagginguk for my new property. The snagging report was in detail with photos. Julie explained all the snags and answered all my questions. I’m extremely satisfied with service provided by HomeSnaggingUK!!!

Keith was very polite and professional. He arrived on time and spent a great deal of time looking over the house. He found over 146 snags, some of them structural. These have all now been handed over to the builder to sort out. We would never have noticed a lot of these ourselves so thank you once again Keith. Fantastic job.

Keith was comprehensive. Found things we would never even have thought to look for. Helpful and accommodating.
