Premier Snag Bewertungen

I had a very positive experience with Premier Snag. From the initial booking through to receiving the final report, the service was professional, thorough and well organised.

The inspection was carried out very carefully, and they identified a number of issues that I would not have noticed myself. The report was clear, detailed and easy to understand, with photographs and explanations of the defects, which made it very useful when raising the issues with the developer.Thank you Mr Aqib Hussain.

We were recommended Premier Snag by some friends, and we’re so happy they did!

We had Tom come out to carry out our snag inspection, and from our very first interaction, I knew we were in great hands. Not only was Tom friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to, but his experience and background were incredibly impressive and gave us the confidence we needed.

He was extremely thorough throughout the inspection and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He answered all of our questions patiently and even gave us helpful advice whenever we asked.

We would definitely recommend Premier Snag, especially if you’re a first-time buyer. They’re a great company with very experienced and knowledgeable staff.

It was great to meet you, Tom, and thank you again for all your help!

I had my house snagged yesterday by Tim.
He was great from start to finish , great customer service and was also very reassuring.
He was very thorough through the whole process. I was very pleased.

We booked our snagging inspection through Premier Snag, and Brian came to inspect our new-build house . We had already moved in and were initially unsure whether a professional snagging inspection was necessary. However, after noticing a few issues ourselves, we decided to go ahead, and it turned out to be a great decision.

Brian arrived on time and was fully equipped with all the necessary tools. He thoroughly inspected the house, including using a drone to inspect and photograph the roof, something we would not have been able to do ourselves. He also opened and inspected the accessible manholes and carried out thermal imaging in every room to identify potential heat-loss, insulation, or other heat-related issues.

He identified several small issues that we were completely unaware of. At the end, he gave us a helpful overview of the findings, including which issues should be prioritised and which were mainly cosmetic.

We received the detailed report promptly and shared it with the builder. Overall, we were very impressed with Premier Snag and Brian and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a professional snagging inspection.

Our surveyor Brian is very professional, friendly and thorough. In addition to identifying minor issues with the house, he also answered our questions regarding drilling holes for curtain poles.

The booking process was straightforward and there were a lot more available slots compared to other snagging survey sites.

Easy booking, great communication throughout. Desmond came on the day was running an hour late but called to advise of this. Discussed and explained process on arrival and then followed up with a detailed report. He spoke with the developer staff on the day which enabled the developer to organise trades to go in the following week and start work. Would recommend 100%.

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting with Brian yesterday to compete an inspection & snagging report for my new property. I am compelled to commend his exceptional thoroughness and the prompt delivery of a comprehensive report within 24 hours. I would unequivocally recommend this company, given the seamless experience from initial booking to the completion of the report.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of Premier Snag's inspection of our new build property in Awsworth, Nottinghamshire.

Brian's attention to detail was second to none and you can certainly tell he has been in the building industry for as long as he has!

I had picked up around 50 snags myself but Brian has managed to locate over 170 snags which just proves how much this service is worth the money. You've spent a lot on your home and by using premier snag, you can ensure the developer is held to account and provides you with the quality of home expected.

My experience with Premier Snag was excellent from start to finish. Booking an appointment online was straightforward with the flexibility to choose a date and time slot.

My neighbour recommended Premier Snag to me, and I'm very pleased I took his advice. Desmond Smith was professional, friendly, during the inspection. He identified several defects that I hadn't noticed, and it was clear he took the time to carry out a detailed assessment.

Although the service is on the pricier side, the quality of the inspection made it worthwhile. I would definitely recommend Premier Snag to anyone looking for a professional snagging inspection.

I just wanted to provide some feedback on our recent snagging survey.

The whole process was very quick and smooth and very well organized. Tim was fantastic and called me the day prior to arrange access to the property which was great as we did have slight access issues to the site. This was no trouble at all.

On the day Tim called to confirm the time he would arrive. Tim was fantastic and clearly had a lot of experience and knowledge in the industry. He genuinely wanted to help and answered all of our questions (no matter how silly). Tim had very good attention to detail which matters.

He pointed out various snags during the day and explained how/why they had happened and how they could be resolved. This was great for us as we could speak with our site manager with more confidence.
The report was prepared incredibly quickly after Tim had left which we used the next day.

Overall I am very happy with the service - thank you.

It was very easy to book an appointment and they were able to fit us in very quickly. Tim who came to do the post completion snagging list was very friendly and explained the process before starting. He was very thorough and explained some of his findings prior to leaving, it was clear he had extensive knowledge and experience in the field, he took the time to answer any questions we had. The report was detailed and highlighted positives as well as some issues. He has also said if we have any queries not to hesitate in contacting him. We would highly recommend Tim and Premier Snag.

Great service by Premier Snag.

I had opted to post completion snag for my new house and was done by Desmond Smith. He took lot of efforts to find all tiny and major issues which I couldn't find. I am very happy with the service and I got the report within 48 hours with all the snags list. Few of the things like roof and some areas we cannot access and check. This service gives me an assurance and peace of mind to find and fix and issues that needed.

I would recommend to my friend who is looking do snag of a house.

I had a snagging inspection on my new 2 bedroom property in the West Midlands carried out by Desmond Smith. Desmond was very friendly and extremely professional. He took his time to do a thorough inspection of every inch of the property, listing every snag that he could find, as well as anything I had already picked up on. Desmond was also very efficient in writing up the report, which I received less than 24 hours after the inspection was carried out.

Even though there was very few snags, mainly cosmetic. I definitely feel like I had my money’s worth and I feel at ease now knowing I’ve had a proper inspection on the property. I highly recommend Premier Snag to anyone needing a snagging inspection.

Thank you Desmond and the team at Premier Snag!

We used Premier Snag for an inspection before our new build's two-year warranty expired, and the service was faultless. The process, from booking to the check, was entirely seamless. Brian was brilliant—professional, knowledgeable, and so friendly that even my usually aloof cat kept happily walking around him! His report was detailed, clear, and delivered promptly. I would definitely recommend their services.

Thomas Feeney was super professional from start to finish and that’s been magnified in the extensive and thorough report that was produced and sent over on the night of his visit. Tom was very polite and very considerate especially with having a young 8 week baby in the house. Tom was extremely complimentary or our property and was equally reassuring about certain snags that myself and my partner thought were huge. Would highly recommend Tom and Premier Snag

Tim Donohue carried out a post completion snagging inspection on our new build property in Shropshire. Tim had to travel from Yorkshire and faced several problems on the journey but he kept us informed of his progress. Despite the difficult journey, Tim got to work immediately on arrival. We were both very impressed with his attention to detail and his commitment. He answered all our questions knowledgeably but also in a way a layman could understand. We both felt Tim went above and beyond in the inspection. His work ethic was commendable, despite the heat and length of the day. We are very pleased with the report he produced and we feel he is an outstanding role-model for Premier Snag.

I had Brian for our snag inspection, and he arrived very early at the property, which was great. Very friendly and polite! Great service from start to finish, and provided the report on the same day - a quick turnaround. Thank you Brian and Premier Snag.

Tim attended today and was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. His services are much appreciated

I had Tim Donohue over for a post completion snag and I found him to be a top class man and professional. From our initial conversation about what the snag would involve, to a courtesy call in the morning stating his ETA for the booked job, I have found Tim to be fantastic in his customer service and care.

As for the actual snag itself, Tim worked late on a Friday evening to draft me up a report so I could send it onto the developer first thing in the morning. He also kindly addressed my queries about the report over text at midnight no less! That level of going above and beyond is massively appreciated. I also found Tim's insight, attention to detail and general demeanour throughout the snag day a real joy and I felt looked after and valued as a customer, which in today's world is no small thing!

Brilliant service and a big thank you to Tim Donohue once again.

Brian arrived 30 minutes early which was great for us. Well spoken, polite, and great in conversation on many topics. Carried out inspections on items that I was not aware needed checking. Explained everything whilst he was doing it and needed no assistance - even though I offered many times! Had the report with us in less than 24 hours which exceeded our expectation. Thanks Brian.
