Before Christmas, Julie came out at short notice after we had to change our original day agreed due to a delay with our completion. She spotted over 150 snags including some major concerns. Her detailed report was completed in less than 24 hours of the inspection being carried out which we have sent on to the developers to await for them to action. Worth every penny to put your mind at rest and leave you feeling secure in your new home.
