I’d like to share my experience as I am sure that many might find themselves in a similar position of seeking professional help when applying for a mortgage. We were buying a property and it wasn’t our first time, but what concerned us most at the time was where we could find a good mortgage advisor, as previously our mortgage advisors were provided by estate agents. Our previous experiences were very negative, as it was hard to contact them, nothing in the process was explained properly, it was very expensive and our second mortgage deal took ages to be approved by the bank (due to the previous mortgage advisors making many mistakes). This time we refused any mortgage advisors from estate agencies and found Julia Isaeva at Home Sorted.
From the very start of working with Julia we felt like VIP clients, as everything was carried out quickly and efficiently. She asked for the necessary information, provided a clear/concise consultation during which she provided us with information about all possible options as well as risks. After our consultation we were asked to fill in all necessary fact find information, submitted required documents, the very next day we received DIP from the bank, this also resulted in us managing to get a really good discount on the property that we found at that time. When our offer was accepted, we were able to contact Julia easily. We had another meeting on the same day, where Julia made sure we understood her advice. She explained again about deals available with banks. She managed to find the best option which worked perfect for us!
