WORST COMPANY EVER! YOUR ORDERS TAKE OVER A MONTH YES YOU HEARD ME OVER A MONTH TO EVEN PROCESS WHEN YOU EMAIL THEM THE COMPANY NO RESPONSE EVER THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER NOR ABOUT YOUR ORDER OR THE FACT THAT YOU HAVEN'T EVEN RECIEVED YOUR ORDER PROBABLY THINGS YOU NEED ON A DAILY BASIS AND HAVE RAN OUT OR RUNNING LOW ITS LIKE NO ONE CARES IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STARS I WOULD. MAYBE YOU GUYS COULD FIND SOME OF YOUR ITEMS YOU NEED ELSEWHERE I KNOW THEY SAY THEY CARRY CERTAIN ITEMS ON THEIR WEBSITE BUT WITH ALL THIS IF YOU WANT TO GO THREW THAT THIS ISN'T A CONVIENCE THAT THEY SELL STUFF FOR YOUR HOME IF YOU HAVE TO GO THREW ALL THIS. THERE GOING TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS IF PEOPLE DONT SHOP HERE AND THEY KEEP CONTINUING TO DO WHAT THEY DO I GUARANTEE IT LOL. THEY NEED TO HURRY UP ON CUSTOMERS ORDERS AND GET THEIR ORDERS TO THEM FASTER ITS NOT RAINING ITS JUST SUNSHINE DAY IN DAY OUT SO THERE SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM. DONT SHOP HERE IF YOU CAN SO YOU WONT HAVE TO GO THREW THE HASSLE IM GOING THREW AND BESIDES THEY HAVE MY MONEY FOR MY ORDER THAT STILL HASN'T GOT HERE AND ITS BEEN A MONTH SO YEAH IM STUCK IM SCREWED

Order a month a half ago.
Received a third of the order, emailed and called every day. NOBODY returns calls, or emails.

Ordered a cotton candy maker from them. They sent an order received email and it noted that when the item was shipped then an email saying item shipped would be sent to me. After a week or so, I followed up on the shop app that it required me purchase through, it showed a tracking number for a package that was sent to my billing address instead of the shipping address I gave. I do not live at my billing address anymore, but contacted who currently does and there never was a package on the date it was supposedly delivered. Flat out fraud. BUYER BEWARE!

Same as the other reviews here. Placed an order and paid in full over 5 weeks ago for an item that was supposedly ‘in stock’. I emailed and received a response saying ‘there’s no telling’ when I might receive my order. Ridiculous.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 products back in the end of March. MARCH!! I only received them a week ago. They charged my card immediately of course. Zero correspondence. Can’t get in touch with anyone. This business needs to be shut down.

Was shipped a product I didn't order and assessed a "monthly membership fee." When I emailed them to tell them this, I got replies from "Valerie" and "Brandon" advising that I'd "agreed" to the fee for "a minimum of three months" and to "automatic shipments." Neither of which is true; I'd NEVER agree to either of these conditions unless it was a trusted entity (which this company isn't). This company is clearly fraudulent! Will open dispute with credit-card company.

THEY OVER CHARGE AND SEND THINGS THAT ARE NOT ORDERED OR ARE NOT READY TO BE SENT. THEN TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. WHAT A JOKE. I WISH THE STATE OR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WILL SHUT THEM DOWN

I ordered 4 bottles of Clorox Tilex 8/5/2020 have not received it yet every time I call they let it ring then tell me due to high call value please leave a message and some will return my call but each time I call no one returned anything I emailed about 7 times someone from support name Valerie is looking into it but has never contacted me stay away from this so called company it’s a scam

Customer service is sub par. Hardly answer calls or emails. Say they are going to ship or refund your order and they don't. Continue to charge for items they do no have in stock. Two unfulfilled orders that have not shipped. 10.99 shipping charge vs initial 5.99 charge. It's a scam. Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered a power mixer 2 months ago, and still haven't received it or even a tracking number. They won't pick up the phone, and the customer service email never responds. All I want is my money back at this point. Total scam of a website.

A scam. Two months behind in subscription yet they keep charging.

First and third month was ok. Second month supplies were not received, yet I was charged. Fourth month partial supplies received which resulted in a higher shipping fee. I’ve called and emailed this company several times and to no avail which resulted in the cancellation of my credit card that’s on file to avoid future charges!

I ordered two big cans of regular Lysol spray and received them in a very timely manner a couple of months ago. Yesterday I received another couple of can I didn't ask for. I did need those so not complaining. I will definitely keep an eye on them. I appreciate all the reviews. The box I received the Lysol in was marked fragile this side up and came crushed bad in one corner the canisters seem to be alright so I'm glad about that

If you are reading this before you have placed your order, pay a little more and order your products from ANY OTHER company. I only wish I had looked at the reviews first. I guess because civil courts are closed right now, they believe they can just rip people off without consequence. This will eventually change. Their “direct to voicemail” customer service number and the case ticket number thing is a total fkn joke! The order they sent me was totally different than what I ordered. I sent photos and copies of the invoice along with multiple phone messages. I just want to return this crap and get a refund

Fraudulent company. I ordered 21 household goods from their website, received no products or notification of delay. In attempting to contact their customer service about the status of my order, I called during their service hours, received an answering machine. I left a message, never got a return call. I submitted inquiries via email, only to receive an automatic response with a claim number, and no personal response with any credible information. Horrible customer service, if they are really a company with these products at all... could just be some great elaborate internet scam with their fancy website. I have filed a dispute of the charge with my credit card company.

This company, Im gone to be very honest about.They are horrible, with the worst nasty attitudes when assisting you when they actually answer the phone. Very unprofessional, it takes them about 6 months to send your order, then when you receive it. It not even what you ordered. Half of your order is messed up or they don’t have the product you order. No apology or nothing. Just dry nasty 🤢 attitude when you actually get a rep on the phone. The representative I spoke to recently canceled my whole order because my bank was gone to dispute the charges that was not refunded for you be of my orders and she cancel my subscription. I do advise you a not to order fro this company. I probably brought products from this Homesupply.com 3 times. When you have this many bad encounters with a family business. That’s what they do lie together. They told me in previous conversation my products was out for delivery. But still sitting in there factory. When they cancel my subscription and order cause they didn’t refund my $24. Please don’t order anything from this company. Not reliable, slow with your order, nasty customer service, and don’t like to give your money back . Shaking my head.

All the high ratings are from people that just placed and received their first orders, so they should not get to have an opinion yet. The problem starts from most people the second month of their new monthly sub. I to received my first order in a timely matter. The second month, they upped the shipping charge and I have received nothing from them. Month 3 charge is set to go through in a couple days. I called my credit card company and VISA can't block them, so your only recourse is to file a dispute as each monthly charge comes in. Thank God I only ordered one item. I feel sorry for those people with large dollar amount orders. Don't order from this company. You won't be happy after month one and you will be stuck. I need to read reviews BEFORE I order from these companies instead of after they hose me! UGH!

Ordered cleaning supplies and was sent what looks like federally illegal pesticide. Sent them a pic and the liar customer service rep Brandon denied sending me the product and said they can’t do anything about it. Basically, the sob called me a liar. In turn, I will report them to the TX AG for sending federally illegal pesticide. Nobody should ever order anything from this company again!!! Total scam and not legit, probably owned by China or some other terrorist entity.

BEWARE: They keep sending out cases of product due to a subscription that they claim I have initiated with them; I make a real point of not doing any "auto ships" with anyone because I believe it just is not good practice to give any company carte blanche to my credit card. They will not respond to my requests for information but continue to ship to me in spite of my attempts to resolve this issue.

This company is a rip-off with a nice website to trick the consumer. Don’t fall for it! They still haven’t sent my subscription product order and I’ve already contacted my bank to dispute the charges. They never return any emails or won’t answer the phone or return messages....Trust and run away!!!
