Good product selection and keen pricing was the reason I chose Home Supply. However, I ordered on a Saturday, the product wasn’t picked and forwarded to the delivery company until the following Tuesday. The overnight delivery didn’t happen, and the product finally arrived on the Thursday afternoon. That’s not competitive in this day and age.

We’re sorry the delivery wasn’t as smooth as expected. As the order was placed on Saturday, processing began when we reopened on Monday and delivery on Thursday was within the 2 to 4 working-day timeframe quoted on our website.
Having checked with DX, we found that the parcel was mistakenly routed to the wrong depot, adding a day to the delivery after dispatch. Although it still arrived within our quoted timeframe, we completely understand your disappointment that the overnight service didn’t go as planned.

Item was damaged and as I did not unpack and check straight away they are refusing a refund.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed. However, it is important to clarify that the damage was first reported almost seven weeks after delivery. Our order documentation asks customers to inspect their items promptly and report any damage within seven days, which already extends the courier’s standard 48-hour reporting period.
While we received photographs showing the damage, after almost seven weeks there was unfortunately no way to confirm when it occurred or that the item had arrived in that condition. The delay also meant that we could no longer submit a claim to the courier. We were therefore unable to offer a refund or free replacement.
We did, however, offer a replacement at a discounted price in an effort to help resolve the situation.

Ordering very easy to do, and as a company they have a wide variety of products. Any communications with the customer service team either by telephone or e-mail have been great. Responses were very prompt and extremely helpful. Both Ruby and Liv have been most helpful and got back to me when they said they would. There was a slight delay on one of the products but that was down to the courier company, but I was kept informed by the HS team of the delivery status.
I will definitely be a repeat customer, and recommend you as a company to purchase from.

Friendly and helpful customer service
Friendly and helpful customer service. Repair kit for Tissino Giorgio2 shower tray sent quickly. Only thing I would say is that the box smells really strongly. Not sure if some spilled out when packing but it's a vey strong smell. Hopefully will be OK after I have applied it to the shower tray.

Home Supply is Great , its the Courier DX thats the problem, on both occasions ive used Home Supply the courier did not deliver to our home, its when to a diffent address each time.
Get a New Courier Service.

Scotland is in “Mainland UK” thanks.
They didn’t even quibble over the fact that they had to deliver the radiator to north Scotland all the way from Plymouth, which was almost £50 less than others who sold the very same item that were much closer to me plus they charged extra due to me being outside of “mainland UK” Home supply didn’t charge a penny neither for delivery or the fact we are in northern Scotland, to which they deserve recognition for that alone plus they were best priced of all that I had researched. So thanks very much & I would definitely recommend & buy from them again.
