I recently experienced one of the best Service from this real estate company (Homeworld Management Ltd), and undoubtedly the best service. I was looking for a room in Manchester for my sister who’s coming to the UK to study. I was madly looking for the room but couldn’t find anything suitable, then found one of the ad in Online then contacted them, however that property wasn’t suitable but Mr. Mohammed Zubair (one of the agent) arranged one property very suitable for my sister. His effort and dedication was absolutely like a shining star. He was like a saviour for me in that emergency situation cause I needed the room within 2 days. I contacted other Estate Properties before as well but undoubtedly Zubair Service beyond any comparison. I’ve done the entire process online from the viewing till making the holding deposit online. Very Trusted, response rate was super quick. Above of everything the whole credit goes to Zubair. So gladful that I met him exactly in the right time. Thank you so much brother Zubair. You’re a fabulous person and dedicated at work. Please keep helping all the people who needs help out there. Well done!

I called to enquire about a property
I called to enquire about a property in Solihull, 2 men answered my call and they both seem to not know what I wanted to enquire about. I asked where they are based as they sound foreign and they both said, London. Anyway, the 2nd man that I spoke to kept asking me about my personal details, home address and email. He even asked me to give him a WhatsApp number, of which I replied that I don’t have it. I advised that I wanted to enquire the particular property to rent in Solihull. When I asked him about the details, he asked for the postcode and I said, there is no postcode and I said it should be on his system. I asked again for him to give me the details, he said to hand on then he dropped the call. I knew right there and then that they are scammers and I wouldn’t trust them with anything. Please watch out/

❌❌❌ DO NOT TRUST THEM ❌❌❌ , I rent a house from them on 11th December 2023 for 6 months and after finished my contract they are no response to my email and are not giving back my deposit that was £550. They were working with Gladstone Property Management that now are gone, they deleted their email and all contact numbers. 🤬🤬
This is now a way to defraud deposits, register new company as Ltd and before of one year shutdown and go away.
I am waiting for you to solve this problem ASAP.

Absolute scam company
Absolute scam company they will take your tenancy deposit and run, I cannot stress how much you should avoid this company unless you want to lose your money. I was defrauded by them in Nov 2023 when i was supposed to be getting a property through them and am still going through motions to retrieve my money in April 2024. If anyone would like to clarify this for their own protection please feel free to contact me and ill show you the evidence from my experience. Nobody should have to deal with this when looking for a property
