Hostever is an amazing, reasonably priced, and trustworthy hosting provider. For small to medium enterprises, I'd heartily suggest it. Furthermore, the features and cPanel it offers are excellent. The finest feature is their outstanding customer service. Overall, I believe that this offers more value for your money than paying for premium hosting with a lot less features!

You created phishing site. We notified you to remove the phising content via support ticket.
But you haven't responded within given timeframe. So, you service was suspended. Then you replied us so that we

Poor attitude to abuse and then blackmail
Reached out to their support team when someone on their servers created a phishing clone of one of our client's sites. The rep just said "email us with proof", I asked what do they mean by proof as it's a website so you can see it. The reply... "So wait" and the rep closed the chat. My email to the abuse address was also ignored. Poor customer service from a company that doesn't take cyber crime seriously.
EDIT: Apparently it's my fault as the Technical Team that dealt with the initial communication don't normally give support.
The Hostever team started leaving multiple fake 1 star reviews for our customer's business, 1 every hour. The reviews contained blackmail requests demanding that I take my review down. After reporting their behaviour reviews were removed.
I've yet to receive an apology for the poor service and blackmail attempts.

So how you can reach the abuse team by LiveChat?
Suppose you go to a tech team and ask for support on abuse, but you won't get support from there normally.
So what's wrong?
Update:
You are not our client also you don't have contacted us by right way.
So We asked you to remove the fake review.
If you need solution, then open ticket to abuse department or mail us. with your prove of copyright issues.
If we don't give you proper solution then make reviews.
