After receiving a complaint about your hosting speed getting slower, we tried migrating the website to a different server but you asked for a refund so we continued with that.
In the meantime, we received a violation report against your website and we informed you that. As we provide a 45-day no-question-asked refund policy without any activity that violates fair usage; we refunded 100% of the amount even with the violation report that was caused by your website content.
The Customer Success Team received your feedback regarding support, so rest assured — they are investigating everything, and we'll do everything possible to earn your trust. Count on us for that!
