Avoid Hostseba at All Costs!
I have never been more frustrated with a hosting company in my life. Hostseba promised high uptime, reliable support, and easy-to-use tools, but they failed miserably on every front.
First off, their customer support is abysmal. Every time I tried to reach out for help, I was met with delayed responses, unhelpful agents, and sometimes no response at all. It took days to get basic issues resolved, and even then, they didn't actually fix anything.
Uptime? Don't even get me started. My website was down for hours on multiple occasions with no explanation or compensation. For a company that claims to offer 99.9% uptime, this is unacceptable.
Their user interface is clunky and outdated. Navigating through the control panel is a nightmare, and I’ve encountered countless bugs and glitches that made simple tasks feel impossible. It's clear they haven't invested in improving their platform for years.
On top of all of this, the prices are ridiculously high for the poor service you receive. I’ve had far better hosting for a fraction of the cost with other providers.
Save yourself the headache and avoid Hostseba. There are far better options out there that actually care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Hostseba is a disaster.

Don't buy domain from them
They don't provide full domain controle. If you order domain from them, they will buy it for you. So, it's a big fraud.
If you want to transfer your domain then, you have to open support ticket.
Can you imagine? You are their prisoners.

The agent asked me to clear my browser cache and retry, which didn’t resolve the issue. After that, they instructed me to open a support ticket, which I had already done. This felt repetitive and not particularly efficient.
When I shared the details of my dashboard link that wasn't working, the agent just repeated the same instructions without offering any real troubleshooting steps or solutions.

I've been using their service for a long time and am satisfied with it. I hosted my portfolio site, and the performance is excellent. Their web UI is user-friendly, and they always notify me via email if there will be any server maintenance. I recommended their service to some of my friends as well, and they still haven't had any major complaints.
