CUSTOMS CHARGES - AVOID THIS COMPANY

I am incredibly disappointed with this company and their refund / return policy. Firstly the customs charges for EU customers are very high and this needs to be stated clearly when you order.

Most UK companies have arranged for customs to be included it at least state them clearly when ordering.

This company uses a .uk web address.
I have been told that my package may be destroyed and I will have to pay for the customs / return costs before I get any refund. I have NEVER had to do this with any UK website that I have purchased from.

I am incredibly unhappy that my money has not been refunded yet.

I ordered a gift set and upon receiving the items I realised I had ordered the bracelet too small. The team at House of Carats couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting this out for me. They explained everything and kept me updated regarding the larger size bracelet and when I should receive it.
The products are beautiful and the service was exceptional. I would recommend House of Carats to anyone wanting beautiful jewellery, along with great service.

Great communication from Gina & quick turnaround. I needed a nice ring within a short space of time. Gina reassured me all would be okay, and it was. I received my ring the next day. It was a nice & unexpected touch to have a hand written note within the packaging too. This is a company that clearly takes the time to make their customers feel valued. This is an amazing company. The packaging my ring came with is so cute and well thought out. It’s good value and the ring I bought is beautiful. I accidentally bought the wrong size and they were amazing with communicating with me and getting me the correct one quickly. I will 100% be buying from this company in the future

I didn't expect the jewellery to come in such a lovely box. The attention to detail made it feel more luxurious than I imagined, though the shipping took a bit longer than expected.

My gorgeous order came in and I noticed the stone in one of the earrings was loose in its settings. I emailed customer support who responded quickly, asking for a photo or video. I sent along and support let me know the same day that they were dispatching a new earring. Very fast process, very happy customer!

Absolutely brilliant! The jewellery it’s beautiful and beautifully made. The customer service is outstanding. I don’t normally do reviews but this company are unreal. They have helped me so much and be so understanding and kind.

I ordered the Azelia Clover Necklace, item arrived very quickly and the packaging was really good and lovely for a gift. The clover it’s self looks cheap and had no shine to the diamonds. Sadly won’t be ordering again.

Just received a beautiful luxurious Pink ice ring and a pair of stacked illusion earrings in gold and I absolutely love them! 😍

The necklace looks nice but the clasp feels slightly stiff. Customer service was responsive and offered a solution right away which I appreciated.

I bought two bracelets less than 6 months ago. One is perfectly fine and completely happy. The second one the tennis bracelet, firstly it broke within a few months, but house of carats replaced free of charge no issues. Now after another couple of months one of the stones has fallen out. This has put me off wearing, as I don’t want anymore to fall out. Luckily the one that’s missing is near clasp so people won’t notice but am not happy for the price point. Same style bracelet within a few months being defective.

I have always received amazing comments regarding my original engagement ring. The ring I ordered from House of Carats is an exact copy, of my engagement ring which is locked away in a faulty safe. When I opened the beautiful presentation box, I was completely blown away WOW!!!!! It makes my original ring look like a poor fake 😲

I cannot thank you enough, I will be wearing my beautiful ring with immense pride at my brothers wedding on Saturday, I will also raise a glass to you all, for everything you did to make my purchase a smooth, pleasant experience 😊 I will be back ❤

I just picked up my delivery and am absolutely in love with the products. The jewellery is beautiful, the customer experience great as well since you can sense the attention to detail. I haven’t taken it off since receiving!
