Wow is all I can say at first. Your order arrived. The box was damaged with many holes and tears, I was concerned about that . But when I opened up the boxes it was packed extremely well. And nothing was damaged very impressed with that. Also the quality is heavy well made. Something that we don't see anymore. Made to last. Like the way they used to make. Very pleased with the order and the item. We will be ordering a few more pieces since you have a great selection and exceptional quality. And much better in person. It's like going back in time how thing used to be made. Well worth the money and it will last for sure. Easy to assemble. 2 people made it super easy.

The obelisk is absolutely stunning and majestically tall. It is of superior quality and very heavy. I love that it makes such a statement in my meadow garden. This beautiful lantern arrived so very carefully packed and quickly! I originally thought I’d use it outdoors on my deck but it’s so lovely that I have it on a table in my dining room - my husband commented on its distinctive look and really likes it. This is our second purchase from H Potter and I’m sure we will be buying many more great additions to our garden and our home.

After I placed my order I had to make a change so I emailed and received a response almost immediately and they fixed what was my error in the order. I received it two days later and it’s beautiful and has great quality. Highly recommend!

H Potters response to my texts were impeccable. He answered almost immediately. I had a return and without question allowed me to return it. We ended up purchasing another obelisk from H Potter which was very well made and we love it. All in all we had a great experience.
