HS Estate Agents made buying our first home a quick and enjoyable experience. From the informative viewings to the paperwork, they were very responsive and helpful. The team in Brentwood are a friendly bunch and I highly recommend them!

We would like to thank HS Estates for everything they did for us during the recent sale of our property. It was not a quick or easy process for them for a variety of reasons, none of which were down to them. They have worked extremely hard throughout. They have been professional, but friendly and approachable too. They kept us constantly updated and replied promptly to any enquiry or call that we made.
We cannot fault them and it may be an overused expression but ‘they really went the extra mile’ for us.
HS were recommended to us and we shall certainly be recommending them to others.

I was trying to schedule a viewing at the last minute for a house I really like in the Brentwood area. Our HS Estate Agent Molly went out of her way to show us around the property despite the short notice. In addition to being given instructions on what to do, we were also given recommendations for the conveyance lawyers that were needed for the transaction of the house. HS Estate Agent and their team have been very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Moreover, they kept us informed of all the details and actions that were to be taken. I really appreciate them for making the transaction go smoothly. Hubby and I have been buying and selling houses for years, we can actually say this is the first time we have been able to complete in record time I.e. less than 10 weeks including the month of December when things quiet down.
