A small paragraph could not do enough justice for how incredible HS Estates have been with our case but I’ll give it a go.
As first time home buyers, my partner and I were extremely new and pretty clueless to the whole process, nevertheless Molly and Michaela were always on hand to offer their support and guidance. I honestly can't rate HS Lettings highly enough. I first met Fran Brabham-Neil just after my father died and I was considering letting the house that was to be left to me. I saw many agents at that time, but Fran was the only one I felt inclined to work with at what was a very difficult time. Fran is entirely professional in her offering whilst being truly genuine, trustworthy, and there to offer a very personal service - not just get business in the bag. It took three years for me to finally clear and empty my father's home. Even whilst it was still not ready to let, Fran was there to offer advice and guidance and get me across the finish line.
