Normally I would give the HSF Health Plan 5 stars having been supported by them for almost two decades. But with website changes found it difficult to upload details required for claim, maybe the site or myself! So took longer to process, finally mailing details and a call from HSF sorted.

Online application for assistance is fairly straighforward, with prompt response and communication.
Has taken me a little while to get to grips with the new system, however, I am learning all the time.
The monthly premium is at an acceptable level for my situation.

This company is not worth the money. They do not pay an awful lot of things so be careful if you are deciding to join them. There are other insurance companies that are better.
