Dreadful service
Dreadful service. Our company moved from Medicash. Have submitted 2 claims both rejected. Medicash would have and have paid out for the same things previously.
Would not recommend. Poor poor company !!!!!!!

Easy process
The ease of flow when it came to the online claim application, I had a query with regards to the claim and the girl on the phone was more than helpful with clarification. I wasn’t sure where to view a confirmation message with regards to the claim but I found it under downloads.
