Non responsive and not giving money back for an out of stock iteam
I agree that this company is very poorly run in regards to non responsive and is not giving back a refund due to stock being unavailable. I'm still waiting on money $100 to be returned to the credit card and with multiple attempts through multiple platforms this company is simply not responding.
It is criminal behaviour at this point in time if they do not give the money back while they are not giving a product.

Wish I had read these reviews before buying. I ordered a jacket and although the website and it is too small even though I followed their sizing chart. I asked to return it and instead was given a small credit and told I could keep the windbreaker. So now I have a windbreaker that doesn't fit me and even though with the amount returned to me, it is fairly cheap, it's still a lot for something I can't use. And to top it all off, when they sent me the email telling me I would get a small credit back, they had the nerve to ask me to give them a 5 star review!

Wish I could give zero stars. Wish I'd read the reviews before I wasted my money ordering from Hygo aka LJ Co. Ordered an Adult XL rain jacket, got a child size. Hygo offered 50% refund - to get 100%, I'd have to ship the rain jacket back to the manufacturer in China, which would cost more than I paid. So Hygo is just an online marketing intermediary, who collects $ but does not stand behind the products.
If you buy from them, expect to be dissapointed. Don't waste your money like I did.

Bought a jacket. The sizings bear no resemblance to reality. Hygo refused a full refund. Do not buy from this site.

If I could give 0 I would, misleading size information and won’t accept a return request. And expect me to keep a product that is the wrong size by a mile, crazy in this day and age. Look elsewhere, save yourself the agrivation of dealing with a completely shady company that isn’t interested in dealing with customer service issues. Probably because they know they are cheating everyone and hoping people will just give up eventually.
