Quick, efficient and affordable
Quick and helpful service. Had some trouble migrating server files and an admin helped me get it up and running faster than I've been helped at any place I've had servers before. The Server management portal could be a little more user friendly or perhaps I just missed a guide for it but other than that great service, great ping and unlike most things nowadays at a decent price.

Policy seems to be out there just to catch people. If you are not sure about your choice, find a different place to host your services.

on checkout we list in bold right below the checkout button that all orders placed after the 20th of the month will be billed for the remainder of the current month plus the following month in full. We also ask you to agree to our terms of service for every order that you place with us, our terms of service is publicly visible and you are more than welcome to read it before purchasing anything with us.
Our policy is not intended to catch anyone out but we cannot grant refunds to clients as they please, we have to enforce time limits.
Your query was that you rust server did not have enough players and was not busy, therefore you wanted a refund. If you had logged the cancellation and a ticket within 24 hours after purchase we would have granted a refund (which is in-line with our terms of service refund policy), but you requested the refund 3 days later.
You are more than welcome to switch to another game you can log a ticket with us and we can switch it for you.

Best Service Ever
We have been with Hyper Layer for a while now. Their support is absolutely great. Support tickets is always answered very quick, efficiently and friendly. Should Hyper Layer not host a certain service/game, they are more than willing to look into hosting it for you and add it to their already extensive library of "hosting games". If you have not already given Hyper Layer a try, do yourself a favor and do it. You will not regret it for a moment.

Pretty good
The server deployment was incredibly quick. The server control panel is easy to understand and use however, my only complaint is that this panel does occasionally take awhile to load (I don't know if this is an issue on my end). Also the adding of pluggins is especially simple to understand thanks to guide.
