To much advertising before and after sessions. Sorry I believe in I pay for the file. It excludes any off putting advertising. The session should be about the sessions treatment. Not about trying to hook another sale. I trust I would not need to pay more for this treatment.

Trustworthy, private, comforting, safe to use. I was leery about using hypnosis. I liked to be able to read the script (which matched the audio) to alleviate concerns about what was being said. Did not want to start clucking like a chicken or something. The 20 minute power nap is so refreshing. Just started using the stop smoking audio. The voices used on the audio are very soothing. Highly recommend.

I decided to try the hypnosis downloads app after using meditation apps for a while and wanted to see if this could help go deeper into some issues I wanted to tackle.
I’ve found it helpful in building confidence and quieting negative thoughts and feelings.
I listened every day for the first week as directed and have been using it on alternate days after that for the next two weeks and I’m increasing able to draw on the positive feelings as I need them.

I bought a set of mp3's during an illness that stopped me drinking. The idea being that when I get better, the alcohol issue would be gone. I thoroughly enjoyed them and they did the trick. Even though I'm back to normal in all respects, the "need" to drink has gone, resulting in going to bed earlier, sleeping better, clear-headed in the morning, but most importantly,y not missing it at all. Highly recommended even if you're "I can't be hypnotised", or this "won't work for me". For the price they are a bargain!

A bad job turned worse, started a teeth grinding habit. A mouthguard from the dentist backfired, making the teeth grinding so bad that my jaw was uncomfortable and my teeth sore all day. The Hypnosis Downloads have saved me. I was able to notice a difference right away. After having listened for about three weeks, I no longer notice the problem at all and it was consuming me at all hours of the day. Only to be made worse at night. I am so thankful and will continue to explore the library for other helpful things.

Only purchased three downloads so far, but the experience has been positive. Like the way the three scripts are entirely different, with some others it’s basically the same script with a few changes to suit the particular problem. Roger’s refined Scottish accent is very well suited for the task.
Can’t comment on the support as I’ve had no need to use it thus far.

I've just discovered this company and have started using their download. I would highly recommend. Helped me with my fear and anxiety about a medical procedure.
I feel in safe hands.

Hypnosis Downloads through Uncommon Knowledge are, by far, the best and most effective downloadable tracks/online service that I have experienced. They are beautifully delivered and cleverly target the subconscious to provide really effective help across many topics. I have seen benefits on self-esteem and self belief as well as really effective chronic pain management. A big thank you to the team.

I have been purchasing recordings from Hypnosis Downloads for over a decade. I love this company and have experienced great results from regularly listening to the downloads. I work in the field of coaching and the healing arts, and I send many of my clients here to purchase hypnosis recordings, as well. Highly recommend!

I find that there is a wide range of topics to address specific needs, and each audio identifies the underlying principles for why this particular self-hypnosis would be effective. I have just started using these, and am very hopeful to see results! Thank you to the team!!

I’m one week in to using my hypnosis download and I have to say, I’m very pleased. It hasn’t been a dramatic transformation but I am noticing changes already and I’m certain that with continued use I will see the full results. The support from the team ahead of purchase was great.
My research before purchasing lead me to a few companies that were charging a fortune, it’s not required. Great value, great support and great results.

I have only been using this app for less then a week and I can already feel it’s helping I am so relaxed when I do the sessions I absolutely love it
I would highly recommend this app to everyone.

I've recently bought a number of hypnosis downloads and I've found them all to be highly effective, well produced and very fairly priced. If you're looking for ways of getting your mind to work with you, rather than against you, then I highly recommend trying these products.

The materials provided are by far the best that exist. Thank you for all the effort and exceptional work done.

the hypnosis apps are very good, relaxing, they know how to take you along, after many years of sleep isues they help....! I also received extra tips via email when I asked for them, so great service!

I’ve purchased three hypnosis recordings so far, and I absolutely love them. As I work to heal from some challenging health issues, self-hypnosis has been an incredibly supportive tool on my journey. I highly recommend exploring the wide variety of hypnosis topics available, as there’s something to help support any goal you’re working toward in your own life.

Following a prolonged period of medical issues and investigations, I struggled to regain my equilibrium, but have since found these downloads transformative. Self-hypnosis is a new experience for me, and I wasn't sure I would take to it, but the team do an excellent job of explaining what it's all about, and are extremely professional and reassuring. I had tried all sorts of different things (without success) to reduce my anxiety and rumination, but, by understanding that these audios are intended to connect with my unconscious, I was able to relax, and allow the improvements to take place without my desperately trying to do/feel things differently and never getting anywhere. I am so grateful to the Hypnosis Downloads team - they have taken the weight off my shoulders and have really helped turn things around for me.

They do exactly what it says on the tin!!

I’m taking the time to write this review because I have seen tremendous results with Hypnosis Downloads. They offer professionally scripted, high quality recordings, and I appreciate the convenience of their app, which makes it easy to access your sessions. Most importantly, the smooth, mellifluous voices of their hypnotists are potent, relaxing, and highly effective. If you’re looking for a reliable aid to personal growth and self-development, you have found it!
