Quick and easy ordering process and I love my swim shoes. They feel like a second skin and the bright colours is an added bonus.

Ordered two scuba masks. One of which is for my partners birthday. I ordered with more than enough time for it to arrive. We are now on day 19 or (12 working days) and still no product. It does say that the product is due in the next few days but unfortunately it’s my partners birthday tomorrow and so it’s now going to miss her birthday… I don’t mind things arriving weeks after but not when they advertise on their website 3-7 days. Had I known this be the case I wouldn’t have ordered from them.

To add a positive, they seem to be good and quick at replying via email.

The quality of the prescription mask is good. I like the snorkel that blocks wave water. The mask fits well and does not leak.
I only give 4 stars as the shipping tracking system gave me a lot of anxiety. It looked as if my order was not moving, right up until it was delivered. I needed the equipment for a specific date, and it looked as if it wasn't going to arrive in time. I did get it and was pleased with the quality. Confusingly, there was a little empty bottle for antifogger and some business cards, written only in what looked like Chinese. Perhaps it was a source for antifogger liquid to fill the bottle, but I will never know!

I ordered this from a website and was given a tracking code and was regularly updated on delivery progress.
The one negative is that the written instructions are very limited on the features of the watch.

I had changed my mind and decided against completing a purchase. That was prior to inserting payment info, but not prior to writing down my name and contact info in the field.
To my dismay, this was then logged by them and I started receiving daily mail over this uncomplete purchase - promotional offers, discounts, annoying banter etc.
Never signed up for any of that nor ticked any box. I don't need to tell you why I decided against buying something.
When I eventually did make a purchase from them, it took about a month for me to receive an email asking me to resend the shipping adress - they had already received my street adress, adress number and post code but for some reason needed it again via email.

I just received the snorkel equipment that I ordered a month ago and I highly recommend this company. Communication via email was responsive and professional. A tracking system is in place once the order is processed and due for delivery. Customer service was prompt and helpful in determining what single prescription power I would need to order for both the left and right lenses as I have two different prescription numbers for each eye. The equipment arrived today and I tried on the snorkels. They provide a very clear view of my surroundings. I can’t wait to use my very first prescription snorkel lenses for an upcoming trip. Thank you!

The price is very good. I like the style and colour. Does everything I need.

This company is a proper sham !
I purchased some Ankle Support braces that were £27 that would take a week to be delivered and next day I find same Chinese ones in Amazon costing £13 and next day delivery obviously.
When I got in touch with them they forcefully desired to ship even if I said not to bother because will send them back !
And they send so many emails praising themselves for selling Chinese products at double the price and taking them forever to be delivered!
What a joke of a company!

I am very happy with my order. Works exactly as described. Delivery service was good, and package arrived from the UK in great condition.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I asked them to update my address, which they said they did. Then when I got confirmation of my order being dispatched it was a mixture of my old and current address. Needless to say I contacted them immediately and they sent a reply back dismissing my concerns and told me to contact the courier. Unsurprisingly my order hasn't arrived in the morning expected delivery time

They couldn't have cared less. Avoid ordering from this company

I’ve reached out to customer service several times. They ask for photos of items I never received and nothing gets resolved. Ordered 3 sets of 6 golf tees. Should have received 18 tees. They Only shipped 3 tees!

I received shark slides on Monday 6th July which were well-packed but I am unable to wear them as they are too wide and too deep.
I made a return request according to their guidelines on 27th July. I have made numerous attempts to contact this company using email and voicemail. To date they have not responded.
My advice is to be cautious of using this company as their customer service is nonexistent.

Terrible web experience as it somehow accepted my order but somehow didn’t get my shipping address. No one reached out to me to inform me of this. I learned after I emailed them. I then provided my shipping address (they had it as my billing) and then was told they would follow up with shipping information once it was shipped. I never heard back, followed up a week later. It had been shipped with no update, they provided a tracker link. This asked me to download Shopify and pay for a subscription. When I emailed to tell them that does not work for me they said, no you just track it on our website— not the original instructions. I have now tracked it on their website and it has provided a 4 month window of expected delivery. Not worth the hassle and time for a product you can get on 100 other websites.

I ordered a brace for my wife, and after 3 weeks they emailed me that they did not have my shipping address. Their system let me place the order with my billing address, the same as my shipping, yet they couldn't figure tht out! 4 weeks later, I am still waiting . They just told me it left their warehouse, but can't tell me when it will arrive becaause they only get shipping info once it hits the local caarrier. They keep thanking me for my patience, which has gone away 3 weeks ago. I would NEVER again use this company!

Every one was so very helpful to pick & pak & ship my awesome pink slides. The owner was & is very helpful in sending out awesome news how to lose weight & keep it off. I highly recommend Flamin Fitness for all their products & helping me keep fit.
