DO NOT BUY from this company! We ordered an XXL, which according to the size chart would fit my husband. It DID NOT even come close. They wanted a picture of what we were sent and denied the return. I had a picture of the or package and the back support. They claimed because I ordered the size that was delivered, it did not warrant a return.This is nothing but a SCAM. It was cheap and didn’t remotely fit. I am reporting them to the BBB but, be aware this is appears to be a Chinese company.

I would give this a zero if that were available. I ordered the back brace and after waiting weeks and weeks and them assuring me it was on its way. It finally arrived and having ordered a large this would not fit a two-year-old. I see that someone else has had the same problem And all the emails to them don’t go through. There’s no way to call them. I haven’t been able to get a hold of anybody to accept the return. I have called my bank and they will be doing an investigation and have put the charge on hold. Buyer beware this is a scam!

Took forever to receive it, sizing way off so was way too small and the quality is poor. Tried to return and was informed no return on sale items. They are always on sale. It’s the only way they will ever sell anything. Do NOT buy this or from this company!

Flimsy ill fitting brace and will not honor return policy...taking advantage of an elderly man on fixed income...
I intend to update my review every day because this sham co doesn't deserve 1 star...please do not consider buying from this co...they are laughing at us all the way to the bank.Zero star rating is too high....rate you dogs pooh and subtract 10 points and this company is way below that..I despise dishonesty anywhere.

would give 0 stars if it was an option!!!! Poor quality and although it says 2x it is not would only fit my 10 year old grandchild! Don't planning on getting any help from customer service because they are horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They intentionally send you the wrong size then after 2 weeks of ignoring complaints they say "well they weren't damaged so you're out of luck. Worst. Company. Ever.

Do not buy from this company! They are scammers! It took a month for me to receive my order. When it arrived, the product box was smashed and the quality of the product was crap. It took several emails to get a response when I requested a return. When they finally responded the request was denied because the item had been on sale. All of the items on their site are "on sale" all the time.

It’s a scam company they do not ship out anything they take your money and do not respond to any of the emails you send. And when they respond they lie and say it was delivered and tell you to check around your address or the post office and stop responding!!! I should have checked the reviews before I ordered. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I repeat do not buy from this company it’s a SCAM!!!

Do not order from them I ordered the snoring rings 5/26/2024 it’s June 22 2024 still have received. I’ve sent several emails they keep telling me it’s on its way check tracking number. Tracking is showing DISPATCH OUT FROM HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT 6/6/2024. That’s the only information I’m getting was told by email no one was going to call it was email response only & to use tracking number . If there any additional question don’t hesitate to reach back out. Same information each email

You have been warned. Stay the F away from this scam company. Never received the product after ordering it 3 weeks ago. I got reimbursed from my credit card company. Scammers !!!!! Jail time.

Worst company ever. I ordered a back brace over 3 weeks ago and I was told through their obscure tracking info it was to arrive today 6/17 and of course it never came. I’m going to my credit card company to get my money back. I see I’m not alone in my frustration with HyroLabs. Do not buy anything from this company!
Follow up.. the posture corrector arrived in the damaged flimsy box and I can’t even put the damn thing on because it’s a complete mess. It’s sewn wrong and unwearable. I’m not even going to the company. I’ve gone straight to bank and I’ve filed a complaint to get my money back.

Over a 3 week lead time to receive my product. Product did not meet my quality standards nor was it the right size. Was told no return or refund possible. Avoid this company at all costs.

Total junk! When the item I ordered finally arrived, first the packaging should have told me a lot! It was such a cheap and flimsy box just about torn apart.
The product itself was not as shown in their ad. I paid $40 before shipping fees. When I emailed to return (same day as receiving it) their reply was that since the item was not damaged, their policy was no returns! I have to remind myself again to STOP ordering items from social media sites, they come from China and only copies of what they advertise. I threw the item in the garbage!

Never received the item and it’s been 3 weeks. Take you to a weird app to track it and says it hasn’t been sent is all ever. Contacted customer service and no replies or accountability . Going to contact my card company to refund me and go after these liars

They shipped the wrong size on a flimsy posture corrector and then refused to issue a refund. Do not buy from this company!

Buyers beware! I received a defective posture corrector (ripped in box as though someone had already worn it and sent it back). Their “easy returns” claim is an outright lie. I had to email them and then send a picture of the item. They then told me they needed to review the return and that they would contact me with their findings. They never did. So I reached out again and they said they couldn’t approve my return because they only refund products damaged “upon receipt.” But that’s exactly what mine was! Total scam.

Ordered their bamboo underwear and once I saw these reviews wanted to cancel, but got my order two days later and was very satisfied with the quality! Do not agree witht he bad reveiws based on my experience

These people don't need to be trusted.They are scammers and dumbasses. Also gave out info of mine to another scammed truing to get me to pay .03 cents postage so I could get my underwear. I wish I could add a photo ,.I'd show you what I'm talking about. Never got order!!!!!

I came on here to see if anyone else had issues with this company and the previous review is exactly what happened to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I received a defective back brace posture corrector and it was sewn wrong and not usable. I contacted the company and sent in picture to show them. They said they had to forward to their department to evaluate. What is there to evaluate when I was sent a defective product?!! I would not trust the reviews they have on their site either because there is no way to leave a review. All their crap you can buy on Temu for 1/3 of the price. I have not heard back from them and doubt I will.
