Great customer service, very easy to talk to, when you have lots of question. Always willing to help, would be happy to buy a house off them again.

Elizabeth showed us around the house and was friendly and professional. She answered all our questions and made us feel welcome during the look around the property. Really easy to deal with and prompt replies on any questions we had.

One of the most competent companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Everything from start to finish was handled very professionally and nothing was a problem.

We had some maintenance issues when we moved in and Elizabeth was very proactive and helpful in ensuring the issues were sorted.

Wayne and his team have been fantastic. We have used them many times over many years and they have recently sold my Mother’s house on Hythe Marina. They could not have done more to make the whole experience run smoothly. Going above and beyond to help her at every stage of the process.

Wayne and Richard at Hythe and Waterside were helpful from start to finish! We sold at probably the most difficult time, during the pandemic but got a successful sale to allow us to move to the Isle of Man in line with some very specific timelines.

In the lead up to securing the sale, we were kept well informed and had plenty of viewings to find the right buyers for our more unusual property.
Once we had the buyers lined up, everyone did a great job to push the sale through and keep everyone informed and the solicitors on their toes!

This was the second time we have used Hythe and Waterside to sell our property and would heartily recommend looking to sell, or buy in the Waterside area!

We sold our house through Hythe and Waterside in 2018. We’ll i say through H&W i actually mean Richard. Kemish sold our house!
It was a seamless experience from start to Finish with sound advice at every step! With no usual estate agent patter. I recently visited with a family member to arrange a rental viewing for them, only to find that Richard is moving on.
We will be following Mr. Kemish to his next endeavour and we live in hope that if we decide to move again he will have started his own company.
My only issue with Richard is that he was dressed in a three piece suit in The middle of August.

Elizabeth has been really helpful through out the entire process of renting. She has always been available to answer any of our questions. As first time tenants we have found all of the tools and information provided to us beyond useful, making it really easy to set up at our new residence. The entire team have been really polite and accommodating.

I had a very stressful experience with my place that I let during Covid. I went to Hythe & Waterside lettings and spoke to Zoe who was so nice and really helpful, and immediately felt reassured that it would be possible to get the house re-let. Both Zoe and Elizabeth have been so helpful throughout and the thing I’ve really appreciated is that if I’ve had a query they’ve come straight back to me, at longest by the following day. In difficult times this customer service is invaluable. I would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking of letting a property.

I've been dealing with Hythe and Waterside Letting for almost 5 years now and I've never had a problem. They've always been helpful when a problem has occurred and have always contacted me promptly. Recently, I have decided to move due to unforseen circumstances. Elizabeth has been helping me with my move and I couldnt be more happy with the help ive recieved from her! Always so nice and friendly, responds to emails quickly and has just been so helpful so thank you very much!
