Arrived damaged. No response from company
Ordered a really pretty bonbonniere of dates as a special gift, however when it arrived it was damaged/chipped (not in transit as the box packaging was perfect and box intact). Messaged several times to resolve but not had a response which is very frustrating. Have had to buy something else for the gift. Pretty products but rude/lack of customer service has put me off this company unfortunately.

I didn't have my order
I didn't have my order. I have received few messages saying that on my pack they can't read well because the pacaging was ruined. So, thanks of that, i paid 2 € the first and other 2 € to have again my pack. And then they sent me a message sayung that today was my last opportunity to have the order otherwise it will be sent to you, because they tried already 3 times. But i was at home these days and NO ONE came with my order. So if the sent ypu the pack, please i hope for a refound, because i already lost money, and i prefer not loose the 160.
