Socks are lovely, but I can't help but feel a little disappointed and cheated that I ordered 5 lucky dip socks and they're all the same design instead of 5 random ones :/ Wasn't listed anywhere on the site

Excellent customer service. Through no fault of Barekind, my order went missing due to an error by the postal service. Barekind were quick to respond when I got in touch to raise the issue and were very generous in refunding the missing delivery and offer a discount - so I bought extra as a replacement! Their customer service was personal and effective, unlike a lot of chat bot customer service that's prevalent. Highly recommend them. PS the socks are great and the recipient of the gift was delighted with them, great quality and design.

First order for me. Unfortunately one of the socks had a manufacturing fault. I contacted them via email and the response was fantastic. Even over Xmas, I received a reply quickly, and they are sending a replacement. The socks were given to all the family, as a fun extra present, and they are now all fans.

She loved the feel and design, so would rate it a success!

Barekind Socks are a great quality and in the most beautiful designs. I have been ordering them for a couple of years now to get my Christmas stockings and they never disappoint.
This year I had a problem with my order and the customer service team resolved it for me very quickly and without too much fuss.

I've just received my first order and the socks (which will be a Christmas gift) look and feel lovely; they appear good quality and the colours and design are vibrant. Communication about the order and the delivery was great and they came within a few days.

The company excelled though when I had to contact them to admit that it appeared I'd ordered the wrong size and needed to request an exchange. They resolved this issue for me quickly and kindly so I wouldn't hesitate to order again (there are several cute designs I have my eye on...)

Fabulous socks, these are a constant re purchase for me! They last great and stay soft. Really great team that helped me when I ordered the wrong size. The mystery box is a great buy with a good variety of different colours! Great for gifts.

Gabi is simply amazing! When I placed my order and realised I needed different sizes she helped me sort it out even though I missed the official cut-off time.

Then my order went missing and she acted fast and issued a refund for which I am extremely grateful for. All just before leaving London to fly home for Christmas.
