So far the experience has been easy and efficient.

I was pretty skeptical but drowning in 40k in credit card debt alone making minimal monthly payments but not seeing ANY type of changes in my balances due to the fact that most of my payments were going straight to interest. I felt hopeless and was coming to the realization I would be making 2k in minimum payments for the next 40 years (which is what my statements were predicting).
