The price is unbeatable!

I found iEAGLE through Kayak because it was listed one of the cheapest prices for my international trip. I started down the booking when I changed my mind and booked through another company with the same price that I was more familiar with. Even though I didn't completely finish booking, iEAGLE set me up with an account and profile in their system. (Which I was unaware of and it doesn't mention anywhere that I was setting up an actual profile with my sensitive information) Since that happened 4 days ago, they've literally called me 3 times per day and left messages and emailed me continuously. I finally had to block them on my devices and email.
This is the worst part. There's no way to delete your profile from their system! You can only change/update your information, which I had to update with fake information in order for them to stop incessantly trying to contact me. Their selling tactics are incredibly invasive and you'll be locked into their system with your information forever just trying to price a flight. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR INFO.

We found the website to work well, and were able to process our reservation quickly and without any difficulty. The information that we needed for our trip was provided as we registered.
I just wanted to add to my review. We ended up having to cancel our reservation and get a new one. We found in all of our dealings with this company that they were very prompt and that we had no difficulty in getting a cancellation for the trip we had and getting the new one that we needed. I really appreciate the service we’ve received from them.

I had a flight to Istanbul and no where did it say your passport needs to be 6 months from expiration to travel. I mean, what is the point of an expiration date if it doesn't matter. I called them and explained the situation and that i was working on an emergency passport. They would not change anything for me. They wouldn't do a credit, they wouldn't give me a discount off a new ticket, or help me out with taxes and fees since i blew 1300 on a ticket that i cant use. Absolutely horrible customer service. I highly recommend no one ever uses this company.

They display fake prices on Kayak. Bait-and-switch tactics. I wasted a lot of time there.

I am a first-time customer at IEagle who travels internationally 6 or so times a year. My experience with IEagle was super. My travel agent was Tej, and he was very patient with me (I have zero computer skills). Tej took lots of extra time to ensure that the ticketing process was completed accurately, and with a minimum of frustration on my end of things. Not to mention Tej found great flights at an excellent price. Thanks, IEagle, and thank you Tej. I will definitely use you guys again in the future.

I booked the wrong dates.....with a bit of help and patience. We were able to get everything corrected. I greatly appreciate all the help.

I have used I-eagle for many years for my international travels and they haven't failed to provide the best air fare, so far. Their refunds, when necessary, have been prompt and their customer service agents have been helpful, understanding, and respectful. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

Bought some plane tickets through their site and had no issues, however the site did ask for a tip. I am not tipping an more or less automated system and thus knocking a star off.

Definitely poor service. I was try to changing my flight ticket. But they charge me way much different then original airlines website. I asked why ? They said this fare came from airlines. I also called airlines & asked how come so much different previous fare & new fare? But they said it’s only difference $100, but this fraud company charge $280

That’s mean they will took $180 from us. I won’t never use this . It’s better book directly from airlines website .
