With some unexpected situations, it was necessary to change my travel date. Puja pulled me through the entire process, seamlessly, perfectly, and with utmost kindness. India is well known for the "human touch', for care and concern, and getting things in order properly. Puja is a wonderful example and made this, what was a nerve-wracking experience due to unforeseen circumstances, easy and ..finished!! This is about the 7th time I've come thru IE, and is proof once again why IE is always my 1st choice for flying.

Never use this travel agency. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and they almost caused us to miss our returning flight from China because somehow they had input all the wrong passport information and my husband's and child's birthday and other information, even though everything was input correctly. Even before leaving the country they had changed our birthdays, all our birthdays were wrong when I called into our travel insurance that we booked through IEagle (all the years were off by one year later), even though we input all the years correctly. I had to be the one to call in to tell them they messed up l wasting my 2 hours. Stay far far away if you don't want to confirm that all the passport and birthdays are as you input it every step of the trip. Not the stress or the tears, honestly, especially when you are pregnant or have any children. They are incompetent it seems.
