The whole process is simple from booking the appointment through to any changes to schedule, through to the actual job which was done seamlessly and well!

I was very pleased and fully satisfied with the repair, maintenance and servicing regarding of our 4 gas boilers. Alan's booking system is very efficient and well organised, keeping customers fully advised on expected times of arrival. His service provides full and comprehensive details and reportage on all work carried out and quoted in advance. He was also able to work flexibly around some of our own operational times which was helpful.

Used Ignite for the first time last year because of the excellent reviews. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the reasonable price. I have recently used them again for some work on the central heating system and a repair to a leaky cistern. Again very happy with the work and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

This is the second time that I have called on Ignite and on both occasions I have been really impressed by the speed of response and overall service. They diagnosed the problem with an underfloor heating installation within minutes and arranged for replacement parts to be fitted same day, having fitted an appointment in at short notice. Very nice to deal with and very trustworthy and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I've used Ignite for an annual service and for investigating central heating problem. On both occasions communications were excellent with updates on expected arrival time. Alan was friendly and obviously competent in his work. Rates very reasonable too. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Had tried several other Plumbers, including family friends but no one was interested in the job we had until I contacted Ignite and they were great, very responsive and got our shower working again after months of it being broken. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and we will use them again. Thanks guys

They must be good, as they are in demand and it took a bit longer than I would have liked to get my job booked in, but the day came, faultless workmanship, very clean and tidy on the job, and after giving an estimate based on photos sent, they actually came in £25 cheaper! I would happily Recommend Ignite plumbing and I have their contact details now so if I ever again need a plumber........first port of call!!
