The service was excellent. Guys turned up on time to do a boiler powerflush. Spent most of the day carefully and methodically working their way round the radiators. All radiators working perfectly now - even one that I had been getting no heat from for the last 6 months!

I had my boiler changed 3 years ago by Ignite at the time my radiators were working fine and I didn’t replace them. I decided to replace them and contacted Ignite again. Alan came to assess the work, sent out a detailed price for the job and we arranged a date for the work to be done. Alan and his colleague arrived on time wearing ppe, the work was done efficiently with no mess at all. Always polite and professional. I would recommend Ignite to anyone.

Just had Alan at Ignite Plumbing remove a cold water tank and associated pipework from our attic. First rate service and excellent job. Very efficient processes for booking and letting you know when they would arrive to do the job. Fair price, excellent work, arrived on time and great aftercare service. Alan serviced my boiler some weeks ago then a fault developed that was nothing to do with the service. He appeared at the door on time (masked up!), sorted the problem professionally and efficiently and wouldn't accept payment. Great service from a top wee firm. Booked a service for gas fire and boiler with Ignite plumbing. Booking process straightforward and Alan came at appointment time. Alan was polite and efficient. When the boiler needed a part, Alan sourced it quickly and the problem was resolved in a couple of days
