They take your money and run
Ihateironing advertise themselves as able to get stains out of suede. They charge heftily for the service. I send off my item, making it clear this is the purpose of getting it cleaned. I get an email back telling me there's a stain. I email back saying that if they can't get it out they should return the item without trying. They take a week, and then return the item supposedly cleaned with the stain exactly as it was before.

We re-collected your white suede jacket for reprocessing in line with our customer satisfaction policy. Unfortunately, without your authorisation to use stronger treatment solutions to address the remaining stains, we were unable to carry out any further treatment on your jacket.
We never like to let anybody down, and your case has now been escalated to our Quality Assurance Manager, who will personally reach out to you to work towards resolving the concerns raised.

Great experience and service!
I've been using this service for about a year now and I've really enjoyed my experience. The app makes it really easy to book an order, and the delivery is always on time and very efficient. I also really like the garment bags they use; it makes it super easy to then use them back for other orders. They also always return the items in the exact condition I want them in. I've really enjoyed the ironing service as sometimes you really have a growing pile this makes it so much easier as something to tick off your 'to-do' list.
I also find their prices quite competitive and really good. I've recently used a different in person dry cleaners and their prices were quite high and the quality not as good, so I've decided to solely use IHI from now on. Thanks for being a great company!

Ihateironing made our recent trip to london flawless. They picked up and dropped off directly to our concierge and turn around time was very fast. They even pressed my dress and my husband's suit for a fancy dinner. Best part was I took home a suitcase of clean clothes. No post vacation laundry blues. Thanks for great service!

Game changing service. I have used them 3 times in the space of a month to much success and honestly, it makes me want to get everything cleaned properly with them! Such a better experience and price than on the high street - delivery and pick up straight from your door. Always on time and efficient turn around.

First time user... soo impressed
First time using this service and I was so impressed. Honestly thought it was a mistake when they said my laundry could be collected within the hour but sure enough someone showed up 30 minutes after booking. Everything was back to me the next day and the price was super reasonable!

Normally absolutely perfect! Had an issue with a garment but dealt with customer service who were incredible and resolved the issue for me. Highly recommend this company, they certainly put customers first!

This company is great. Really quick pickup, often same day. Also fast turnaround. I’ve found the ironing service (only one I’ve used so far) to be very good and the only one time I had an issue they rectified it free of charge. I’d really recommend them.

I use Ihateironing in both NYC and Miami to wash, dry, and iron my linens and to iron my clothes when I return from a trip. Ihateironing makes it so easy - I can even use the service in both cities at the same time. They follow the instructions I provide and their service is excellent. They immediately let me know if there is any issue with the items or delivery. After six months of continuous use the service remains consistently excellent.
