The resort was spotless everywhere. Rooms, restaurants, pools, and public areas were immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. You could really see the attention to detail.
The staff were outstanding. Friendly, professional, and always happy to help without ever being intrusive. Nothing felt like too much trouble, which made the whole experience incredibly relaxing.
Food was excellent with plenty of choice and consistently high quality, and the overall atmosphere was calm, polished, and genuinely luxurious.
Everything just worked perfectly. Clean, organised, welcoming, and exactly what you want from a premium all inclusive holiday.
We couldn’t fault it at all and would absolutely return. Highly recommended.

I have had the pleasure of staying at three of their resorts – Aria, Dassia, and Odisia – and each experience has been exceptional. Every day, guests are made to feel truly valued, with impeccable service and attention to detail throughout.

A fantastic resort, blown away by the views from almost all directions. Very nice to be within a stones throw of the marina, made for a nice walk.
Then we have the hotel staff. Lydia our host, made sure everything we needed was on hand. Miltos the gym coach, the gym was very well kitted out, but made even better with Miltos who adjusted the sessions to fit my ability. Finally we have Sisa, our children were very enthusiastic every time she walked by at the pool, not only did she always seem to be on hand with another coffee, but also met the enthusiasm of our children with her own. Brilliant resort, brilliant location, made all the more special with the team.

First of all, these guys are a masterclass in service.
Last year we went to Porto petro, and we thought that was good, but Oceania topped it.
Whilst Porto Petro has the advantage of being new, and more modern, Oceania has establiashed a 'baked in' service standard, that will be tough to top, anywhere, ever!...
It started with check in, Petros.. wow, what a guy, I would happily go for a beer with that man. He set the standard.
It felt like the team were our extended family.
"Non alcoholic beers, sir.." you got it... And the mini bar was changed accordingly and topped up daily.
Room service flexibility on dishes for my 3 year old, no problem, whatever you want whenever you want.
I could go on and on. But I won't!

Luxury Price, Disappointing Reality – Not Worth €22,000 for 9 Nights
We stayed in Room 7101 at Ikos Andalusia, 11–21 August 2025, paying over €22,000 for nine nights in a Deluxe room. Having stayed with Ikos before, we expected flawless service and a truly luxury experience. Unfortunately, this visit was deeply disappointing.
Positives:
• The Deluxe pool service was excellent, with attentive staff, champagne/gin trolleys, and thoughtful extras like sunglasses cleaning.
• Stella, the massage therapist, deserves particular praise for her professionalism.
• Poolside service for drinks was consistently fast and efficient.
Negatives:
• Food & Wine: Advertised as “Michelin-star designed,” the food was often heavily over-salted and far below expectation. Poolside food was especially poor. Wines were basic supermarket quality (€4–8 bottles) passed off as premium, with Taittinger the only true premium option.
• Safety: Broken glass in a children’s play area remained for over 24 hours despite being reported with photos. Lifeguards were frequently distracted on their phones instead of supervising. We also saw a rat running across a path in broad daylight.
• Noise: Our room was directly over the main bar. Noise levels reached ~65 dB until midnight, more than twice the Spanish legal night-time maximum (30 dB), making it extremely difficult for our children to sleep.
• Service Failures: The PlayStation promised for our children on arrival wasn’t delivered until day 4, and then only had one controller and outdated games. Minibar refills had to be chased daily and often contained non-Deluxe items. Housekeeping was inconsistent — we had only one mug and one dressing gown for most of our stay, despite repeated requests.
We raised all of these concerns directly with management during our stay and afterwards. Ikos acknowledged the issues and offered a refund of €2,000 (less than 10% of the total cost). While better than nothing, we do not believe this reflects the seriousness of the failings we experienced, particularly around safety and our children’s wellbeing.
For a resort marketed at this level, these problems simply should not occur. A very expensive holiday, and sadly, not an experience we would ever repeat.
Great holiday marred by event
My family and I recently returned from IKOS Aria.
We have stayed at IKOS resorts many times over the years.
What was a great holiday, friendly and professional staff, beautiful location etc, was marred when I found my SIM card had been taken from my Iphone.
My phone was in my possession at all times apart from a few mornings when I left it charging in the room while at breakfast.
I have since cancelled the SIM but am worried it could have been cloned and I am monitoring the situation for fraudulent use.

I have just returned from Ikos Dassia June 2025, this being my 4th visit. Wonderful hotel with the most attentive staff who are committed to providing fantastic customer service, in particular Thanasis, and Juliana, and it is only fair to say, that all the pool and beach staff were also very attentive.
Restaurants and quality of food was amazing. Favourite restaurant was Anaya.
Probably one of the best resorts we have ever stayed in and will definitely be back again. Already planning to visit in 2026.

Absolutely amazing - hard to fault
Ikos Odisia was absolutely fantastic. Amazing pools, beach, gorgeous restaurants and fantastic staff. Can't really fault it. Expensive but amazing. Thanks to Sofia (our cleaner), Emmaneul (drinks at the beach), Isobel in the reception area and the brilliant towel guy at the beach near Fresco (sorry have forgotten your name!) . I went with my teens and parents who are in their 80s and we all loved it. Such a treat. Really top class.

The eat out option was also so worth booking with stunning food, views and service all with free transfers included. Will definitely book again to visit Ikos Aria one day.
Another Truly Special Stay at Ikos Olivia
We’ve just returned from another unforgettable trip to Ikos Olivia, and as always, it was nothing short of exceptional.
The service is what truly sets this place apart. A huge thank you to Ceri for his absolutely amazing and consistently brilliant service throughout our stay. Athina greeted us every day with her infectious smile and genuine warmth, which always made us feel so welcome.
Nickolas and Alex at Ouzo made our dining experience such a joy, while Leon and his fantastic team at the Deluxe Pool, especially Petros, made every day relaxing and seamless. Vasilis in the garden was also wonderful, always attentive and kind.
We must also mention Antonia and her incredible Deluxe team, as well as Katrina and the brilliant team at the Heroes Kids Club, who made our little boy Louie’s holiday truly special.
We are already counting down to our next visit in October. Thank you, Ikos Olivia, for another magical stay.
Beautiful Aria
Just returned from Aria, our 5th Ikos experience and quite probably the best to date. Everything with Ikos is pleasing ....spotlessly clean, maintained to an extremely high level with the wonderful Anne Semonin aroma infused throughout the building. This resort in Kos has a layout that is extremely easy to navigate, flat and cleverly arranged. The only downside is the lack of a non deluxe adult only pool however the beach is gorgeous and the views stunning so it´s not the end of the world!
The staff are well trained to respond to guests in a friendly and happy manner. Generally excellent service throughout. Then there is the very important aspect of the catering and the food at this resort doesn´t disappoint and ranks better than we had previously experienced. And a word of recommendation, have breakfast in Flavors it´s a must, an outstanding array of choices.
With the costs varying depending on room type, we feel that overall this is a value for money holiday. Everything is fully inclusive & available in abundance, nothing is ever refused. For those alcohol lovers there is an endless provision of whatever tickles your fancy - be it shots, spirits or cocktails. Food is plentiful at all restaurants and trying several of the dishes is never a problem. It´s Ikos for us all the way and we look forward to experiencing other resorts particularly the new ones that are presently being constructed. It´s hard to find something that equals the feel and standard of this brand for the cost which appears expensive but when broken down to what is provided and covered in the charges, its actually not too bad. Massive shout out to Front of house manageress Karina who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we required, delivered in a professional and friendly way.
We will not hesitate to return to this amazing resort in Kefalos.

We have been to three Ikos resorts and…
We have been to three Ikos resorts and they are all fabulous. The staff are incredible and the whole holiday will spoil you for any other hotel.
2 Ikos stays in 5 months but we wouldn’t return
We stayed at Ikos Andulsia in Spain at start of new season April/May and Ikos Dassia at the end of holiday season this year in October. Both resorts differed in benefits to all inclusive, although one brand. So both had many positives, like great for families (1 under 11 goes free for every 2 adults booking directly) and they have a beach and drinks menu for dining is comprehensive and wine cellar all included. However Dassia is VERY much, too geared towards family holidays, the adult only pools are both literally in front of eating areas which means is not a good quiet location and you’ve no privacy. Andulsia have nailed it better, yes they are by the restaurant but you are not overlooked by diners.
The resorts are 5 star but the service in both resorts were inconsistent sadly, the Andulsia we thought teething issues maybe as start of season but Dassia was probably slightly worse and it was end of season.
We would only recommend to those who are a family or a couple who loves the noise of children. One guest we met known as K said the Italian was like going to the canteen, she asked for better tables but each request she was told sorry children are everywhere. Her only consulation was the food was good!
Food quality in Flavours Buffet is pretty good quality in Dassia although the desserts need to be less chocolate and dairy based to make it more versatile. But the staff were awesome and I had fresh sea bream cooked for me personally 5 days in a row for lunch to avoid me eating grilled food with risk of meat contamination. The restaurant Anaya in both resorts was amazing food, and the beach club restaurant in Andulsia was our favourite to dine.
Is it good value to stay with Ikos? We would say it’s a bit pricey if you want peace & quiet and no children but they do a lot right to make it a nice stay but do need to work harder on training staff and get rid of the WhatsApp concierge who was rather hopeless and rude to us in Dassia resort and selective on what they responded to in Andulsia.

First time at Ikos having done Sensatori holidays for the past few years. We travelled as a family of five with three children, 15, 10 & 4.
The resort and staff were fantastic, it’s clear why the brand has the reputation it does. The food and drink cannot be faulted and the overall experience is great.
If I were being critical, it would be about the rooms, our three children slept on sofa & camp beds.. not really what we were expecting having booked what was described as a suite... The evening entertainment was also mediocre by comparison to what we have experienced in previous years with TUI.
Other than that, not bad at all!

We are at Ikos Aria on the island of Kos. The staff there could not do enough for you - we even had our sunglasses cleaned,It is clear that the staff are well trained. The resort general manager, Dimitris Tsaklas, went an extra mile to help us with grieving process for our daughter who had booked to be on this holiday , he shared his own life experience.
Big shout to our pool side waitress Maelle- always smiling and attentive.
I would recommend IKOS resorts, expensive but worthwhile.
