I've had a great experience working with them to make an embroidery file of my company logo. We had a lot of tweaks along the way to get it to sew well on my home machine. Highly recommend!

They were easy to work with. I asked for a few changes from the original design. They took care of making the changes right away and sent updated files.

I was initially hesitant to use an online service to digitize my file. But the price was right so I decided to go for it. I am extremely pleased with the results. They got my file digitized for me quickly at a price I could live with. It wasn't exactly what I had in mind the first time so they made edits for me. No hassle, no issues.
