I need to file a complaint about a…

I need to file a complaint about a brand, but trying to get through has been impossible. The "contact" options requires me to choose my issue, which is fine however once I do this the website continues to default to foreign languages and not give me the option to choose English...I have spent entirely too much time on this and because the company has my home address/info I do not feel safe. This is not acceptable.

Still No Fair Resolution from Impact.com

This is a response to your last reply on my previous review.

Your statement is inconsistent with my experience. You claim Impact never closes accounts without a valid reason, yet what happened to me shows otherwise.

‎Impact told me that the brand (ManyChat) confirmed my leads were invalid. But when I contacted the brand directly, they clearly said they never confirmed such a thing and that Impact never reached out to verify my leads. So where exactly did that information come from?

‎After that, I asked Impact if I could provide evidence to prove the validity of my leads — they never responded. Instead, I later received an automated message saying my case would be marked as resolved if I didn’t reply. I immediately responded that the issue was not resolved, yet Impact completely ignored me after that.

‎Even more confusing, my second account, which had no leads, no actions, and no commissions, was also deactivated for “invalid leads.” How can an inactive account with zero activity generate invalid leads?

‎If Impact truly operates under international financial regulations as stated, then fairness, transparency, and due process should apply to all affiliates. I have all the correspondence to prove that my case was mishandled and dismissed without fair review.

‎If this is not addressed, I will escalate the matter to oversight agencies, such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB), for proper investigation.

‎I am only asking for fairness — to be paid for the genuine work I did and to have my account reviewed honestly. Nigerian affiliates and all others deserve to be treated with the same respect and accountability as anyone else.

If we had -5 , we would give that. Please do not waste money with impact.com, they are frauds who will keep extending contract even though you want them to stop and keep sending you invoices. Threaten with legal options. You will get only Junk traffic and big affiliates will ask money to be enrolled again. Do not waste money with impact.com

I've been using Impact.com for a while

I've been using Impact.com for a while, and their customer support is extremely slow. It often takes days to get a reply, and even then, the responses are not very helpful.

There are also too many bugs in the system that make it hard to manage affiliate campaigns properly. Scammer affiliates can easily bypass their assigned terms and change them to manipulated ones, and the platform does not prevent or fix this issue quickly.

Impact.com could be a great platform if they improved their support speed, fixed these bugs, and took fraud prevention more seriously. But right now, it is a frustrating experience.

Impact affiliate marketing is a scam.
I have a $1,000 balance on Im-pact, but I still won't withdraw it. Customer service repeatedly asked me to submit tax information, but after I submitted it and pressed them, they stopped responding to any questions and won't withdraw my balance! I doubt they'll allow me to withdraw it! It's been two months since I've been processing it, and they haven't said they won't allow me to withdraw my balance, but they won't process it! Do not use Impact affiliate marketing!

Awful customer service and…

Awful customer service and communication. Waste of time.

I contacted Impact as I wanted to join the Revolut and N26 programs. I already already an account for the Skyscanner program, which I never used, so I could not create another one with the account under the same email

After starting communications with mentioning the previous, I was guided to open an account from their new hub Marketplace

To my surprise, when created the account, N26 and Revolut programs were not there, when you can clearly find on their respective pages they are.

After asking way these 2 companies were not there, no reason was given my security and privacy reasons.

For all the previos actions, + 2 weeks of emails, sometimes taking more than 5 days to response, showing a very poor reading comprehension and making me explain things again.

I am part of 10 affiliate programs with my online project but so far this is the worst one, and I have not even used it yet!

Impact Liars and thieves!!

You can be sure that Impact will steal your money at the first opportunity and keep it for themselves. This is a company that fails to fulfill its obligations and is a scam because they are unprofessional and incapable of performing their functions. Check all the reviews on Trustpilot—this is the lowest rating of any company in the world. My issue was never resolved, and I was only forced to do things, provide them with documents, and register accounts, only for them to tell me to wait afterward. And just like the last time, it could take years for me to recover just $200. What do you think will happen if the amount is much larger? Never deal with these liars.

PS: They ask you to contact them after leaving a review to show that they care, but it's all a lie and a waste of time. I contacted them twice and waited for a response, but after a year, nothing has changed. Don't write anything here, you don't care!

Klaviyo + Impact Radius: How Affiliates Lose Money Under Hidden Rules

I joined the Klaviyo affiliate program through Impact Radius expecting professionalism and fair treatment, but what I experienced was nothing but scam, cheating, and non-transparency. The published affiliate terms say commissions are earned after 30 days if the customer remains active, but in reality Klaviyo applies hidden rules — only paying on the second month and calculating commission from the lowest subscription amount. None of this was mentioned in the terms I accepted. They reversed my valid conversions without proof, leaving me unpaid despite my investment in ads and content. Impact Radius does nothing to protect publishers, allowing Klaviyo as a brand and advertiser to steal earnings with no accountability. This program is dishonest, unfair, and should be avoided by any serious affiliate.
Update: Klayio affiliate program is a complete Scam i Don recomend anyone to join and promoting their products they will steal your money , and the reply of Impact Radius regarding this is totaly not the truth they didn't pay me any commissions from Klaviyo so Becarefull from this scammers

Impact steals money

Impact steals money. They force their users to send all their documents—you feel humiliated and hope they won't ask what color your underwear is or the color of your skin. And then, when they have nothing left to say, they just fall silent and stop responding. They make very beautiful posts, but behind them is unprofessionalism and outdated systems with bureaucratic support designed to pay you nothing. I've interacted with their support, and it's just a simulation of work and excuses with zero results.

Bonne plateforme

En 5 ans d'utilisation de la plateforme je n'ai jamais eu de pépin hormis de rare fois un retard de paiement avec ma marque d'affiliation principale. Le seul bémol est que s'il y a un problème d'actions non communiquées, c'est avec la marque qu'il faut voir directement. Encore faut-il que la marque vous réponde et s'occupe de votre problème. Dans mon cas le problème n'a pas été résolu et je songe à mettre fin au contrat avec la marque concernée. Autrement le support d'Impact m'a quand même bien renseigné et jusque là j'avais toujours été payé. Je trouve par contre que l'interface n'est pas toujours bien traduite et certaines marques ont tendance à vous proposer des contrats dans un secteur qui n'a absolument rien à voir avec la thématique de votre site.

I have been severely let down by this…

Update: after almost a year they say I’m due £25 but now I have to verify my identity and my bank details (again)
It all just seems to be anything delay paying out any money

I have been severely let down by this affiliate platform. I logged in to my account to find 251 transactions had been reversed. 251!
These were normal transactions that should have been fine. The reasons given were:

Other
A different channel has responsibility of the sale

I asked for more clarification after an open dialogue with an account / brand manager - and total radio silence since.

This could be the brand finding ways to not pay out - but equally the brand asked me to join and sign up with impact which wasn’t easy as it’s not a user friendly platform and I had to watch YouTube videos to work out some things!

All those hours of my time and effort just thrown away through no fault of my own.
I can see I’m not alone with my experience looking at all these other negative reviews.

I wish there was some kind of affiliate protection because in truth we are treated quite poorly.

I work as an affiliate on this website and have been waiting to withdraw my earned commission, but the payment is now overdue. When I contacted the platform, they told me they are not responsible for the payment and that I should reach out to the brand directly. In other words, they are refusing to pay me my commission, claiming that it’s the brand’s responsibility to send the money—not theirs.

Impact.com Withheld $4,254 – Feels Like a Scam

After working with Impact.com for over 3 years as an affiliate, I can honestly say this platform is not safe for affiliates. They deactivated my account without warning or proper explanation and withheld $4,254 in legitimate earnings — money I worked hard to earn promoting brands like InMotion Hosting.

I was never given proof of any violation. I asked repeatedly for details and submitted all documentation, even received confirmation from the brands that they never requested my removal. Still, Impact refused to communicate clearly or resolve the issue.

It’s now been months, and I’ve had to escalate the issue to the BBB and FTC. No affiliate should have to beg for the money they’ve rightfully earned. This feels like a well-polished scam, and I strongly warn others to be very careful before trusting Impact.com with your time and effort.

If you’re an affiliate looking for a trustworthy platform, stay away from Impact.com.

Im a walmart creator they had my…

Im a walmart creator they had my currency in the wrong currency proceeded to tell me they couldn't change it because it was hard coded. I don't remember having an impact account before applying to walmart creator back 2 years ago. I haven't lived in Australia for 10 years and they told me to close my account. I contacted walmart they paid me in aud and then now are delaying the closure of my account so it can be set up with right currency basically they are trying to scam to get me forefit commission in there. I signed last week to forefit the amount and they delayed to get more and asked me today to forefit more. I don't know why Walmart uses them they have such bad reviews now I see why. How is it that a drop down in 2025 cannot be changed once the account was created. They literally had me create tax forms and hand over documents proving I'm a US citizen with my addr3ss in the US but can't change it? I am not happy about having to create a second account when they finally close this one it feels like a scam website. Also they rejected me from other brand deal marketplace due to their own error. I'm not sure how the wrong currency got selected or the account created back before I was even in the influencer market place but it feels like they changed it or something. Anyway I wish I could give them zero stars after I complained to walmart that it was the 2nd month they made excuses not to pay they did. I also complained again about this hopefully a better provider becomes available because walmart creator itself is awesome.
