Impact got me quickly through the application process as I had tried other brokers without success so time was running out. They took all my details and matched me with a lender most suited to my needs. Communications were great as I was very stressed but they kept me up to date with progress. They seemed as happy as I was when we got word that the lender had agreed to help! Kevin was a great help, he done everything possible for me. The only issue i had was at the start when i wasn't informed that i needed the Mortgage companies solicitors, which meant i wasted money for a different solicitors apart than that, Kevin was brilliant
