I started this case with Impact in August 2021 after a couple of unsuccessful attempts with previous lenders. Hollie initially started the case and was really helpful in the early stages and then passed the case to Jill. Due to the complexity of the case it took many months to get the loan approved (largely due to additional inspections needed on the property) and Jill worked tirelessly with the lender to make sure we were successful. She kept me updated each step of the way and I was delighted this morning when the offer was issued. Fantastic Service.

As a broker you are naturally reluctant to use a packager because of the additional admin involved. However, I have to say from start to finish the team were very helpful and responsive to messages. They proactively progressed the case and chased me and the client for any outstanding requirements as and when needed.
